The two micro-power communication modules are connected when parked in place, and the two WiFi modules are connected after parked in place.

The micropower communication modules of the vehicle end and the charging pile end in the embodiment are 433MHz wireless communication units, and comprise wireless communication modules, antenna modules and microprocessors; the WiFi module comprises a wireless communication module, an antenna module and a microprocessor. The micro-power communication module and the WIFI module are prior art and will not be described here.

The micro-power communication module can also adopt other frequency bands, such as 315MHz, 831MHz, 868MHz and the like.

The electronic tag information comprises vehicle license plate number information and configuration information required by short-distance wireless communication (433MHz), and the configuration information is information enabling the charging pile and the vehicle end to establish micro-power communication connection.

The camera is used for shooting the position information of the pantograph at the top of the vehicle in real time and sending the position information to the charging control unit, and the charging control unit sends the position information of the pantograph of the vehicle to the vehicle-mounted controller through the micropower communication module. The vehicle-mounted controller guides the vehicle to park in place according to the received vehicle position information; the following description of the specific vehicle seating process is provided in conjunction with fig. 2:

when the head of the vehicle enters a charging area, the radio frequency card reader reads vehicle electronic tag information of a radio frequency card in the vehicle and sends the information to the charging control unit, meanwhile, the charging control unit controls to start the camera to continuously shoot the real-time position of a pantograph of the vehicle, image recognition processing is carried out on the pictures, meanwhile, the charging control unit starts a micro-power communication function and establishes micro-power communication connection with the vehicle-mounted control unit.

As shown in fig. 3, the charging control unit sends the position of the center point of the vehicle pole plate (point 1 ', point 2', point 3 ', point 4') shot and the standard position of the center point of the four pole plates of the charging bow (point 1, point 2, point 3, point 4) stored in the charging control unit to the vehicle-mounted control unit in real time, the vehicle-mounted control unit displays the position deviation of the center point of the vehicle pole plate and the center point of the four pole plates of the charging bow through a human-computer interaction interface on the vehicle to guide an operator to park the vehicle in place, the charging control unit compares the adjusted position deviation with the set standard deviation, and if the adjusted position deviation is smaller than the set standard deviation, the vehicle is recognized to be in place.

The position deviation in the above embodiment is a deviation displayed through a human-computer interaction interface, and is a deviation between the parallel range and the up-down range of the vehicle and the marked position; when the deviation is within the allowable set range, the vehicle is considered to enter the pantograph allowed pantograph lowering position of the pantograph, namely the vehicle is in position, and the continuous shooting function of the camera is turned off.

After the vehicle is parked in place, firstly, the charging control unit informs a charging bow controller to realize bow reduction of the charging bow; and secondly, the charging control unit applies for adding a vehicle-mounted WiFi network, establishes connection with a WIFI module of the vehicle-mounted control unit, interacts charging information of the vehicle power battery, and achieves pantograph lowering of a charging pantograph according to the interacted charging information (battery information, charging voltage and current information) to start charging.

The interactive charging information is obtained by acquiring the battery information, the charging voltage and the current information which are acquired by the battery management system in real time through the vehicle-mounted control unit.

The specific way of establishing the WiFi connection is as follows: the charging control unit acquires verification information of a wireless network of the vehicle through the established micropower communication connection, and establishes WiFi wireless network connection, namely, the charging pile end is added into the WiFi network of the vehicle end to perform interaction of related charging information. As other embodiments, the vehicle end may also be added to the wifi network of the charging pile end, and the specific implementation manner is the same as the above manner.

As another implementation, the electronic tag information in this embodiment may further include configuration information of the wireless network, that is, a wireless network name and a password; according to the configuration information of the wireless network read by the RFID, the wireless network communication connection between the vehicle end and the charging pile end can be directly established, and the wireless network communication connection can be realized without the help of micropower communication.

In order to avoid the problem that the charging bow is not matched with the model of the vehicle battery, a verification step can be added before the WiFi network connection is established: the charging control unit also acquires a vehicle VIN code in the vehicle-mounted control unit through the micro-power communication module, the charging control unit judges whether the stored VIN code is matched with the vehicle VIN code information or not, if the VIN code information matched with the charging control unit can be inquired, the charging control unit proves that the charging pile end is matched with the vehicle end in a charging mode, namely the charging control unit and the vehicle-mounted controller establish WiFi connection, and drives the charging bow to descend to a proper position according to interactive information to start charging.

As another embodiment, the vehicle VIN code may also be transmitted through a wifi network after wifi is established, whether the vehicle VIN code is matched with the charging pile end is checked, and if so, the charging bow is controlled to be reduced.

In addition, the vehicle end part of the invention is also provided with a transmitter (not shown in fig. 1) connected with the vehicle-mounted control unit, and the transmitter is used for collecting pressure and temperature information between the positive plate and the negative plate and uploading the pressure and temperature information to the vehicle-mounted control unit, the vehicle-mounted control unit sends the received pressure and temperature information of the positive plate and the negative plate to the charging control unit through the WiFi module, and the charging control unit controls the charging bow controller to carry out lifting adjustment on the charging bow.

Of course, as other embodiments, the transmitter may also be installed at the end of the charging pile to collect pressure and temperature information between the positive and negative plates.

The vehicle charging detection method and the vehicle charging detection device have the advantages that the vehicle charging is triggered and detected through the radio frequency card reader, the vehicle information can be acquired in real time, and a foundation is provided for the establishment of two subsequent communications. The built micropower communication connection has high sensitivity, strong anti-interference performance and high connection speed, can quickly build connection, realizes real-time and quick transmission of a small amount of data and ensures accurate positioning. However, the micropower communication is not suitable for transmitting a large amount of data, so that when the charging bow is controlled, the WiFi module needs to be switched in time to establish WiFi connection, so as to realize data transmission of temperature, pressure, charging voltage and current information and automatically control the charging bow to ascend and descend.

The invention adopts a composite communication means of RFID + micropower communication + WiFi to realize the automatic connection of communication between the vehicle end and the charging pile end, and can quickly and accurately realize the one-to-one charging of the vehicle pantograph and the charging pantograph.

In addition, the pole plate connection process of the charging bow and the pantograph in the embodiment sequentially comprises the following steps: PE plate-Tg + DC +, DC-CP. The disconnection process of the charging bow polar plate and the pantograph polar plate is as follows in sequence: the CP pole plate, Tg + DC + and Tg & gt PE can be known from the lower graph, the PE pole plate and the CP pole plate are in the diagonal positions, and the CP + and the CP-are in the diagonal positions, and an intelligent lifting bow of the charging bow movement mechanism is realized by adopting an asymmetric flexible connection scheme and a sensor pose correction control scheme.

The polar plate adopts the biax structural style, and the back of taking one's place parks, but four polar plate positions of automatic adjustment realize being connected with on-vehicle pantograph polar plate accuracy, and self-adaptation ability is strong, and the polar plate adopts "D" type structural design, adopts the flexible electrical connection scheme of dot matrix to the spring touches the finger and as the current-carrying conductor, has improved the electrical connection reliability of interface greatly.
