A connector (5) positioning device is characterized by comprising a main rod (1), at least two positioning clamps (2), at least two transverse positioning components (3) and a longitudinal positioning component (4); the positioning clamp (2) is used for limiting a printed board, the transverse positioning component (3) is used for limiting the transverse two sides of the connector (5), and the longitudinal positioning component (4) is used for limiting the longitudinal direction of the connector (5); the positioning clamp (2) and the transverse positioning component (3) can be sleeved on the main rod (1) and can slide or be locked along the extending direction of the main rod (1); the longitudinal positioning part (4) can be sleeved on the transverse positioning part (3) and can slide or be locked along the longitudinal direction.

The connector (5) positioning device according to claim 1, wherein the lateral positioning member (3) is provided with a lateral through hole for the primary lever (1) to pass through and a lateral positioning abutting portion (3-3) for abutting against the connector (5), and the lateral positioning abutting portion (3-3) is in a sheet shape.

3. The connector (5) positioning device according to claim 2, wherein the transverse positioning member (3) is further provided with a transverse jackscrew fixing hole (3-1) for fastening a jackscrew on the main rod (1).

4. Connector (5) positioning device according to claim 2, characterized in that the transverse positioning member (3) is provided with a longitudinal scale (3-2).

The connector (5) positioning device according to claim 1, wherein the longitudinal positioning member (4) is provided with a longitudinal through hole for the main rod (1) to pass through and a longitudinal positioning abutting portion (4-2) for abutting against the connector (5), and the longitudinal positioning abutting portion (4-2) is block-shaped.

6. Connector (5) positioning device according to claim 5, wherein the longitudinal positioning member (4) is further provided with a longitudinal jackscrew fixing hole (4-1) for fastening a jackscrew on the transverse positioning member (3).

7. The connector (5) positioning device according to claim 1, wherein the positioning fixture (2) is provided with a fixture through hole for the main rod (1) to pass through, and a fixture jackscrew fixing hole (2-1) for a jackscrew to be fastened on the main rod (1).

8. Connector (5) positioning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the main lever (1) is provided with a lateral scale (1-1).

The connector (5) positioning device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising positioning screws (8), wherein the number of the main rods (1) is at least two; the positioning fixture is characterized in that a screw hole (2-2) is formed in the positioning fixture (2), and the positioning screw (8) can penetrate through the screw hole (2-2) of the positioning fixture (2) which is located on the different main rods (1) and corresponds to the position of the main rods.

10. Connector (5) positioning device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the main lever (1), the positioning clamp (2), the transverse positioning part (3) and the longitudinal positioning part (4) are all metal workpieces made of aluminum or steel.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of printed board assembly, in particular to a connector positioning device.

Background

Rectangular connectors are common devices in printed board assemblies, and serve to electrically connect the printed board with external equipment and assemblies, and the connection reliability of the rectangular connectors is critical to the quality of the whole equipment. For a rigid connection opposite-inserting connector, in practical application, although a rectangular connector is generally provided with a screw fixing point when being installed, due to the consideration of the reason of convenient printed board assembly, a certain movement margin is generated after the connector is installed, the deviation amount has no great influence when a single connector is installed, but as the number of the connectors is increased, the accumulated error of the connectors becomes larger, and finally, the assembly is difficult and even the connectors are damaged.

Detailed Description

The core of the application is to provide a connector positioning device which is high in positioning precision, strong in adaptability, simple in structure and low in processing cost.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

Referring to fig. 2 to 8, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a connector positioning device provided in the present application; fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the main lever in the connector positioning device shown in fig. 2; FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a positioning jig of the connector positioning device shown in FIG. 2; FIG. 5 is a schematic view of a lateral positioning member of the connector positioning device of FIG. 2; FIG. 6 is a schematic view of a longitudinal positioning member of the connector positioning device of FIG. 2; FIG. 7 is a single set of applications of the connector positioning device provided herein; fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of multiple applications of the connector positioning device provided in the present application.

In this embodiment, the connector 5 positioning means comprises a main bar 1, at least two positioning clamps 2, at least two transverse positioning members 3 and a longitudinal positioning member 4, preferably applied in the positioning of rectangular connectors 5.

The positioning fixture 2 is sleeved on the main rod 1 for use and is used for fixing the printed board assembly 7, and a positioning groove can be additionally arranged according to the appearance of the printed board assembly 7, so that a product can be conveniently clamped; the transverse positioning components 3 are sleeved on the main rod 1 and used in pairs for clamping two sides of the connector 5 for transverse positioning; the longitudinal positioning component 4 is sleeved on the transverse positioning component 3 and is used for being propped against the fixing lug of the connector 5 for longitudinal positioning; the positioning clamp 2 and the transverse positioning part 3 can be sleeved on the main rod 1 and can slide or be locked along the extending direction of the main rod 1; the longitudinal positioning part 4 can be sleeved on the transverse positioning part 3 and can slide or lock along the longitudinal direction.

Specifically, there may be a plurality of groups of the transverse positioning components 3, each group of the transverse positioning components 3 has two, and each transverse positioning component 3 is provided with one longitudinal positioning component 4.

The connector 5 positioning device is simple in structure, belongs to a purely mechanical positioning tool, and can guarantee high positioning accuracy; moreover, the positioning fixture 2, the transverse positioning component 3, the longitudinal positioning component 4 and the main rod 1 are sleeved, so that the modular design is realized, a positioning tool does not need to be designed independently, and the accurate positioning task of various types of connectors 5 can be realized by replacing various functional modules.

In addition to the above embodiments, the lateral positioning member 3 is provided with a lateral through hole through which the primary lever 1 is inserted and a lateral positioning abutting portion 3-3 for abutting against the connector 5, and the lateral positioning abutting portion 3-3 is in a sheet shape.

Specifically, the transverse positioning abutting part 3-3 is located at the top of the transverse positioning component 3, and the transverse positioning abutting part 3-3 is small, can be in a strip shape or a sheet shape, is thin in thickness and is used for being inserted into a small gap of the small printed board assembly 7.

On the basis of the above embodiments, the transverse positioning component 3 is further provided with a transverse jackscrew fixing hole 3-1 for fastening a jackscrew on the main rod 1, so that the transverse positioning component 3 and the main rod 1 can be fixed conveniently.

On the basis of the above embodiments, the transverse positioning member 3 is provided with the longitudinal scale 3-2, which facilitates the determination of the longitudinal position of the longitudinal positioning member 4.

In addition to the above embodiments, the longitudinal positioning member 4 is provided with a longitudinal through hole through which the primary lever 1 is inserted and a longitudinal positioning abutting portion 4-2 for abutting against the connector 5, and the longitudinal positioning abutting portion 4-2 is in a block shape.

In particular, the longitudinal positioning abutment 4-2 is located on top of the longitudinal positioning member 4, preferably in the form of a block of relatively small thickness, and different longitudinal positioning members 4 can be selectively used for different connectors 5.

On the basis of the above embodiments, the longitudinal positioning component 4 is further provided with a longitudinal jackscrew fixing hole 4-1 for fastening a jackscrew on the transverse positioning component 3, so that the fixation of the longitudinal positioning component 4 and the main rod 1 is conveniently realized.

On the basis of the above embodiments, the positioning fixture 2 is provided with a fixture through hole for the main rod 1 to penetrate through, and a fixture jackscrew fixing hole 2-1 for the jackscrew to be fastened on the main rod 1, so that the positioning fixture 2 and the main rod 1 can be fixed conveniently.

On the basis of the above embodiments, the main rod 1 is provided with the horizontal scale 1-1, which facilitates the determination of the horizontal position of the horizontal positioning component 3.

On the basis of the above embodiments, the device further comprises positioning screws 8, and the number of the main rods 1 is at least two; the positioning fixture 2 is provided with screw holes 2-2, and the positioning screws 8 can penetrate through the screw holes 2-2 of the positioning fixtures 2 corresponding to the positions of different main rods 1. The arrangement can realize the combined use of a plurality of groups of positioning devices.

Specifically, both ends of the positioning screw 8 are provided with fastening nuts for fixing the positioning fixtures 2.

In addition to the above embodiments, the main rod 1, the positioning jig 2, the horizontal positioning member 3, and the vertical positioning member 4 are all made of metal workpieces made of aluminum or steel, and have high strength and long service life.

Specifically, the positioning device of the connector 5 provided in this embodiment is shown in fig. 7 when in use. Firstly, selecting proper clamps and positioning parts according to the appearance of a printed board assembly 7 to be positioned and the type of a connector 5, sleeving each module on a main rod 1, clamping the printed board assembly 7 or a shell 6 thereof by using positioning clamps 2 at two sides, aligning one end of each module with a transverse scale 1-1, and then fixing the two positioning clamps 2 and the main rod 1 by using jackscrews; according to the requirement of the fixing position of the connector 5, the transverse positioning component 3 and the longitudinal positioning component 4 are adjusted to be aligned with the preset transverse position of the transverse scale 1-1, so that the transverse positioning component 3 is clamped at two sides of the connector 5, the longitudinal positioning component 4 abuts against the fixing lug or other positions of the connector 5, the longitudinal positioning component 4 and the transverse positioning component 3 are fixed by using a jackscrew after the positioning is finished, the connector 5 is positioned, and then the connector 5 is fastened and welded by using a screw, so that the rectangular connector 5 is installed.

Further, the positioning device for the connector 5 provided by this embodiment may also be used in combination of multiple sets, and as shown in fig. 8, for the printed board assemblies 7 in multiple layers and multiple rows, the positioning device for the multiple sets of connectors 5 is firstly strung together through the screw holes 2-2 by using the positioning screws 8, and is fixed by using the fastening nuts, and then the connector 5 of each printed board assembly 7 is positioned in the same manner as described above; for the assembly of batch products, the same set of positioning device can be used for multiplexing, and the consistency of the assembly of the positions of the connectors 5 of the same product is ensured.
