Background

In the existing Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) manufacturing process, a high-precision Metal Mask (Fine Metal Mask) is required to be adopted in an evaporation process to shield an area which does not need evaporation, so that the accuracy of coating a Light Emitting layer of a pixel point is ensured. The high-precision metal mask plate mainly comprises a mask frame and high-precision metal mask strips (Fine masks), the sizes and the position precision of the mask strips are eliminated, the surface appearance of the mask strips directly determines the attaching degree of the mask and a substrate, and if the mask strips are not attached well, a coating area is easy to expand to generate uneven coating or color mixing.

In the current screen-stretching process (as shown in fig. 6 in the specification), the high-precision metal mask strips B need to be stretched by the left and right ends under stress and then welded on the mask frame a. In order to ensure that the mask frame A and the high-fineness metal mask strip B are attached to each other as much as possible, the high-fineness metal mask strip B is usually clamped by a piece of equipment for stretching the screen before welding through a clamping jaw D, the outer part of the mask frame A is lower than the upper plane of the mask frame A, so that the high-fineness metal mask strip B generates a fold C due to poor surface morphology of the mask frame A, the force application of the clamping jaw D is changed, the position of a sub-pixel opening is further changed, and the high-fineness metal mask strip B is a big problem needing to be overcome.
