In the constructed virtual reality, virtual reality technology and psychological knowledge are utilized, a user is induced to passively release the mood of internal mind through similar game tasks, or virtual characters and even real people are constructed to carry out speaking and catharsis. This is a significant matter, both from a medical health perspective and from a commercial perspective. However, at present, the inventor has not found an effective device capable of smoothing mood in an interactive game constructed by VR.

Obviously, the hardware units included in the respective components are not limited to the above units, which are core components related to the implementation process of the psychological counseling method.

The psychological coaching device of the embodiment has the working principle that:

1) VR helmet, response stick, activity tablet and camera device cooperation for carry out the mood through the interactive game of role play class and lead away. Firstly, two first position sensors in the induction rod are used for measuring the specific positions of two ends of the induction rod, and position signals are transmitted to a second processor through a second communication unit and a first communication unit after being processed by the second processor unit; meanwhile, the treading sensor on the movable sensing plate is used for detecting the treading position of the user, and the data of the treading position is transmitted to the first processor through the third communication unit and the first communication unit after being processed by the second processor unit; meanwhile, the camera shoots the trunk of the user in real time, and the shot picture is processed by the fourth processing unit and then transmitted to the first processor through the fourth communication unit and the first communication unit; the first processor processes the received three groups of information simultaneously, so that the baton swinging action, the footstep action and the trunk action of the user can be obtained, the three actions are balanced in the interactive game, the virtual hitting object can be hit by a stick in the game, and the psychological pressure is relieved by hitting and releasing.

2) VR helmet, response stick and seat cooperation for through music, movie & TV and step massage mood of releiving. Firstly, placing an induction rod in an induction rod accommodating groove; the VR helmet catches that it switches to the link of relaxing of rubbing after getting into the response stick holding tank, utilizes virtual reality technique to create virtual space to utilize specific music or movie & TV to alleviate user's mood of feeling. Meanwhile, the user can place the sole on the induction rod, and the emotion is further relieved through the rotation of the induction rod and the stimulation of the massage convex teeth to the sole acupuncture points.

Based on the above psychological coaching device and the working principle, the embodiment further provides a psychological coaching method based on the VR technology. The method comprises a game interaction link and a massage relaxation link.

The game interaction link comprises:

1) the VR helmet is worn on the head of a user, and plays role playing interactive games in a three-dimensional form;

2) the induction rod induces the position and the position change of the induction rod so as to simulate the rod swinging action of the rod-shaped object in the interactive game;

3) the movable sensing plate senses the step-stepping position of a user so as to simulate the step action of a role in a game;

4) the photographic device captures the trunk movements of the user except the stick swinging movement and the step movement;

5) and the user participates in the interactive game through the actions.

The massage relaxing link comprises:

1) the induction rod is rotatably arranged in the induction rod accommodating groove;

2) a user sits on the seat, places the sole of the foot on the induction rod and rotates the induction rod back and forth;

3) the VR helmet closes the interactive game and plays video or music.

The two links can be carried out independently or sequentially, and the game interaction link is preferably carried out and then the massage relaxation link is carried out.
