Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of coating alloy targets, and particularly relates to a powder metallurgy target purple gold coating method.

Background

An intermetallic compound is a compound consisting of two or more metals in which the number of atoms of the different metals is at or near a simple ratio, and in most cases, the intermetallic compound solidifies at a fixed temperature and composition, and thus exists in a narrow range. The crystal structure of an intermetallic compound is usually different from the crystal structure of the individual metals that consist of it. The fundamental properties of intermetallic compounds are high brittleness, accompanied by low toughness, high hardness, good wear resistance and good corrosion resistance.

The target material used by the existing coating technology is mainly finished by a casting technology, the production efficiency of the target material by the casting technology is high, the coating process is relatively simple, but the target material cannot be widely used in the coating field of colored intermetallic compounds.

Noble metal intermetallic compounds are widely used in various fields. While they are brittle in nature, which may limit their use, this limitation can be overcome by using powdered compounds, coatings and materials inlaid with dual metal castings, and the inherent brittleness of the colored gold intermetallic compounds can be improved by adding minor amounts of alloying (<2 wt%), such as aluminum, palladium, copper or silver.

AuAl2 is a well-known colored intermetallic compound, and a coating consisting of it appears to be clear purple in human vision after heat treatment at 350 ℃. The prior art uses a casting technology to manufacture a target material for coating, but cannot manufacture a target material of an AuAl2 colored intermetallic compound. How to successfully apply the colored intermetallic compound AuAl2 to the field of film plating and realize large-scale production is a big problem of the existing purple gold film plating process.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the existing problems, the invention provides a powder metallurgy target material zijin coating method for performing zijin coating by utilizing a physical vapor deposition technology and a powder metallurgy method.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

The target material used by the coating method is a coating material for coating prepared by a powder metallurgy method. 2) migration of plating material atoms, molecules or ions: atoms, molecules or ions are supplied from a gasification source and generate various reactions after collision;

3) the plating material atoms, molecules or ions are deposited on the substrate after migration.

Further, the sintering temperature at which sintering is not completed in the step 1 is 300 ℃ to 400 ℃.

Further, the sintering holding time of the incomplete sintering in the step 1 is 30 minutes to 120 minutes.

The key point of incomplete sintering is to control the sintering temperature and time and ensure that the metal powder only has surface atoms which are mutually diffused and not completely fused together. Because only limited mutual diffusion occurs on the powder surface layer, the target material main body keeps the inherent characteristics of alloy metal and can be cut, and if the target material is mixed with a small amount of other elements or the mixture ratio of the target material is adjusted, the alloy metal does not affect the mutual diffusion of the gold and the aluminum according to the atomic ratio of 1: 2 formation of a violet coating film of the AuAl2 intermetallic compound host.

Further, the heat treatment temperature in the step 2 is 300 ℃ to 400 ℃.

2. the target material of the AuAl2 can be manufactured by using a powder metallurgy method, the brittleness of the colored intermetallic compound AuAl2 can be effectively reduced by the target material manufactured by incomplete sintering of the powder metallurgy method, the manufactured target material can be normally used for coating, and the coating color is clear purple, so that the problem that the target material for coating is manufactured by using a casting technology but the target material of the AuAl2 colored intermetallic compound cannot be manufactured in the prior art is solved;

3. the target manufactured by using the powder metallurgy method can be directly molded into the specification and size required to be used, the coating can be performed, the coating operation is performed by combining the physical vapor deposition technology, the smoothness of the coating process can be ensured, the production efficiency is high, the error rate is low, the technical progress of purple coating is greatly promoted, and the purple coating is applied to large-scale production, the problem that the target manufactured by using the casting technology in the existing coating technology is coated, but the target manufactured by using the casting technology cannot be molded into the specification and size required to be used at one time is effectively solved.

4) and preserving the heat for 30 minutes at the temperature of 360 ℃, taking out the film and cooling the film in the air to obtain the clear purple coating film.
