(2) coloring: feeding the steel coil subjected to snowflake sand grinding in the step (1) into a whole coil of titanium-gold furnace, plating titanium-gold color on the surface of the stainless steel coil by adopting a PVD (physical vapor deposition) technology, and controlling the value a of the Lab color value of the titanium-gold color within the range of 0-2 and the value b within the range of 31-32 by using a built-in color value real-time monitoring system;

(3) cleaning: cleaning the stainless steel coil colored in the step (2) by using desalted water;

(4) oiling: performing roller coating of fingerprint oil resistance on the stainless steel coil cleaned in the step (3);

(5) baking: sending the stainless steel coil coated with the oil in the step (4) into a baking oven for baking; wherein the baking temperature is controlled to be 230-270 ℃, and the baking time is about 5 min.

The invention also provides the following technical scheme: a preparation method of titanium-gold fingerprint-resistant stainless steel comprises the following steps:

(1) sanding: grinding the surface of the stainless steel coil by using a No. 180 abrasive belt to obtain common sand;

(3) cleaning: cleaning the stainless steel coil colored in the step (2) by using desalted water;

(4) oiling: performing roller coating of fingerprint oil resistance on the stainless steel coil cleaned in the step (3);

(5) baking: and (4) sending the stainless steel coil coated with the oil in the step (4) into a baking box for baking.

(4) oiling: performing roller coating of fingerprint oil resistance on the stainless steel coil cleaned in the step (3);

(5) baking: and (4) sending the stainless steel coil coated with the oil in the step (4) into a baking box for baking.

Further, in the step (2), a pure titanium target is used as a sputtering target material, and the gas flow ratio of argon to nitrogen in different coating chambers is controlled to be 60: 40-200: 150, controlling the power bias at 20-50V, controlling the tension of the process section at 2000-3000N, and keeping the color plating speed at 2-10 m/min.

Further, in the step (3), the conductivity of the desalted water is controlled to be less than or equal to 500 mu S/m, and the cleaning speed is controlled to be 10 m/min.

Further, in the step (4), the viscosity of the oil is controlled to be 16-20s, and the thickness of the oil film is controlled to be 0.1-2 μm.

Further, in the step (5), the baking temperature is controlled to be 230-.

Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the titanium-gold fingerprint-resistant stainless steel greatly improves the surface property of the stainless steel, and the process of plating titanium gold on the surface of the stainless steel enables the stainless steel to have better pressure resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. In addition, the anti-fingerprint technology further improves the dust and oil resistance of the stainless steel, and the surface of the stainless steel is easier to clean.
