1. A vehicle compressor control system, comprising:

an Engine Controller (ECU) that reflects a required torque required for operating an air conditioner (A/C) of a vehicle and controls a fuel injection amount and an opening amount of a throttle valve according to an engine load;

a driving information detector that detects driving information according to a vehicle running state;

a compressor generating pressure by a piston operation of a cylinder using engine power when the air conditioner (a/C) operates; and

and a controller that calculates a brake negative pressure stored in the brake booster using an intake manifold negative pressure that is a value obtained by subtracting an intake manifold pressure from an atmospheric pressure detected as the driving information, and if the intake manifold negative pressure is equal to or lower than a first threshold value when the brake is operated or if a variation speed of the intake manifold negative pressure detected during a predetermined period is equal to or higher than a third threshold value, predicts an intake manifold negative pressure shortage condition that falls below a second threshold value that is an a/C cut control condition, and enters a negative pressure recovery mode in which an a/C duty ratio of the compressor is reduced.

2. The vehicle compressor control system of claim 1, wherein:

the compressor includes a pressure regulator that varies an angle of a swash plate of the compressor according to an a/C duty control signal applied by the controller, thereby regulating an operation rate of the piston.

3. The vehicle compressor control system of claim 1, further comprising: a memory in which an A/C duty ratio control map for performing variable control of an A/C duty ratio of the compressor under the intake manifold under-negative pressure condition is stored; and a required torque control map corresponding to the A/C duty ratio control map.

4. The vehicle compressor control system of claim 1, wherein:

the driving information detector detects at least one driving information among an air conditioner operating state, a vehicle speed, an atmospheric pressure, an intake manifold pressure, an accelerator pedal operating state, a brake operating state, an altitude, a road grade, and a timer.

5. The vehicle compressor control system of claim 1, wherein:

the controller enters the negative pressure recovery mode when the vehicle is not completely stopped and is traveling at a low speed condition less than a certain vehicle speed, the intake manifold negative pressure is not more than a first threshold value and is in an insufficient state, the accelerator pedal is not operated, and the brake operation state is all satisfied, based on the driving information.

6. The vehicle compressor control system of claim 1, wherein:

the controller reduces a base A/C duty cycle to a minimum (min) A/C duty cycle for a prescribed hold time to reduce an engine load as the negative pressure recovery mode is entered, and then recovers to the base A/C duty cycle.

7. The vehicle compressor control system of claim 6, wherein:

the controller controls a release slope restored to the basic A/C duty ratio to be smaller than an entering slope reduced to a minimum (min) A/C duty ratio when entering the negative pressure recovery mode.

8. The vehicle compressor control system of claim 6, wherein:

after returning to the basic a/C duty cycle, the controller inhibits re-entry into the negative pressure recovery mode within a prescribed re-entry inhibit time.

9. The vehicle compressor control system of claim 1, wherein:

upon entering the negative pressure recovery mode, the controller executes a required torque control that calculates a required torque reduction amount of the compressor and outputs it to the ECU while performing the a/C duty reduction control.

10. A vehicle compressor control system as set forth in claim 9, wherein:

the controller sets a first required torque control table in which a required torque control amount that can be reduced to a minimum (min) output is set hierarchically with reference to an output value (max) of each A/C duty immediately before entering the negative pressure recovery mode, subtracts the first required torque control amount corresponding to the output value, which is a constant value, and outputs the reduced required torque to the ECU.

11. A vehicle compressor control system as set forth in claim 9, wherein:

the controller sets a second required torque control table in which a required torque control amount that can be output to a minimum (min) is reduced in stages in correspondence with an output value (max) of each A/C duty immediately before entering the negative pressure recovery mode, subtracts the second required torque control amount corresponding to the output value, which varies at a fixed ratio of the required torque amount corresponding to the A/C duty immediately before entering the negative pressure recovery mode, and outputs the reduced required torque to the ECU.

12. A vehicle compressor control system as set forth in claim 9, wherein:

the controller hierarchically sets a first required torque control amount of a first required torque control amount that can be reduced to a minimum (min) output with reference to a first required torque control table corresponding to an output value (max) of each a/C duty ratio immediately before entering the negative pressure recovery mode, wherein the first required torque control amount corresponding to the output value of each a/C duty ratio immediately before entering the negative pressure recovery mode is a constant value;

the controller hierarchically setting a second required torque control amount of a second required torque control amount that can reduce to a minimum (min) output with reference to a second required torque control table corresponding to an output value (max) of each a/C duty immediately before entering the negative pressure recovery mode, the second required torque control amount corresponding to the output value of each a/C duty immediately before entering the negative pressure recovery mode varying at a fixed ratio of the required torque amount corresponding to the a/C duty; and

the controller selects a larger value from the first required torque control amount and the second required torque control amount, subtracts the larger value, and outputs the reduced required torque to the ECU.

13. The vehicle compressor control system of claim 1, wherein:

the controller restricts entry to the negative pressure recovery mode when the vehicle is in an uphill state at a predetermined gradient or higher or is located at a height above a predetermined altitude.

14. The vehicle compressor control system according to claim 1 or 13, characterized in that:

on a level lower than a predetermined altitude, the controller variably sets the first threshold value so as to increase as the altitude at which the vehicle is located increases, thereby shortening the entry time point of the negative pressure recovery mode.

15. A vehicle compressor control method characterized by:

a vehicle compressor control method for variably controlling a compressor according to a negative pressure condition of a brake of a vehicle compressor control system, the control method comprising:

a) controlling a compressor at a set basic A/C duty ratio when an air conditioner (A/C) of a vehicle is operated;

b) a step of collecting driving information according to a running state of a vehicle, and calculating a brake negative pressure stored in a brake booster using an intake manifold negative pressure that is a value obtained by subtracting an intake manifold pressure from atmospheric pressure detected as the driving information;

c) entering a negative pressure recovery mode if the intake manifold negative pressure is less than a first threshold value and is in an insufficient state when the brake is operated; and

d) executing a negative pressure recovery control that reduces an engine load by maintaining the basic A/C duty ratio that is lowered to a minimum (min) A/C duty ratio according to the entering of the negative pressure recovery mode for a prescribed maintenance time.

16. The vehicle compressor control method according to claim 15, characterized in that:

the step c) comprises the following steps:

and entering the negative pressure recovery mode if a state in which the vehicle is not completely stopped and is traveling at a low speed condition less than a certain vehicle speed, the accelerator pedal is not operated, and the brake is operated is further satisfied, based on the driving information.

17. The vehicle compressor control method according to claim 15 or 16, characterized in that:

the step c) further comprises:

and entering the negative pressure recovery mode if a fluctuation speed of the intake manifold negative pressure detected during a predetermined period suddenly changes to a third threshold value or more even if the condition that the intake manifold negative pressure is equal to or less than the first threshold value is not satisfied.

18. The vehicle compressor control method according to claim 15, characterized in that:

the step d) comprises the following steps:

and a required torque control step of calculating a required torque reduction amount of the compressor and outputting the calculated amount to an ECU while performing the A/C duty reduction control when entering the negative pressure recovery mode.

19. The vehicle compressor control method according to claim 18, characterized in that:

the required torque controlling step includes:

a step of subtracting a first required torque control amount set in stages in accordance with an output value (max) of each a/C duty ratio immediately before entering the negative pressure recovery mode, and outputting a reduced required torque, wherein the first required torque control amount corresponding to the output value of each a/C duty ratio immediately before entering the negative pressure recovery mode is a constant value; or

Subtracting a second required torque control amount set in stages in accordance with an output value (max) of each a/C duty ratio immediately before entering the negative pressure recovery mode, the second required torque control amount corresponding to the output value of each a/C duty ratio immediately before entering the negative pressure recovery mode varying at a fixed ratio of the required torque amount corresponding to the a/C duty ratio, and outputting a reduced required torque; or

prohibiting a reentry into the negative pressure recovery mode within a predetermined reentry prohibition time after the recovery to the basic a/C duty control; and

and a step of entering a negative pressure recovery mode control when the intake manifold negative pressure is not more than a first threshold value and is insufficient regardless of a brake operation during a certain period after the reentry prohibition time has elapsed.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a vehicle compressor control system and method thereof, and more particularly, to a vehicle compressor control system and method thereof that is applied to an air conditioner of a vehicle and variably controls according to a brake negative pressure condition.

Background

Conventionally, when the brake negative pressure stored in a brake booster is insufficient, the vehicle has a high risk of an accident due to a problem such as a heavy brake pedal depression feeling. To solve this problem, when the brake negative pressure is insufficient, logic is applied to stop the operation of various auxiliary devices such as an air conditioner (a/C) and restore the brake negative pressure.

For example, a compressor applied to an air conditioner affects an engine load when operating due to the characteristics of using power of an engine, and if a brake negative pressure is reduced, the operation of a brake becomes problematic. Therefore, the air conditioner operation (hereinafter referred to as "a/C CUT") is stopped when the brake negative pressure falls below a certain value, and control is performed so as to secure the required power.

The brake negative pressure is a pressure actually stored in the brake booster, and is a value directly measured by providing a sensor on the brake booster. However, due to problems such as cost increase, many manufacturers use a difference between atmospheric pressure and Intake Manifold pressure (hereinafter, referred to as "Intake Manifold negative pressure") which is a main factor constituting the booster negative pressure, instead of actually mounting a sensor on the brake booster.

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a prior art A/C CUT logic using intake manifold negative pressure.

Referring to fig. 1, in the conventional a/C CUT logic using intake manifold negative pressure, the a/C CUT occurs when the intake manifold negative pressure falls below a certain value and other vehicle running conditions satisfy a reference, regardless of the conditions of uphill, high (e.g., 1500m or more), and flat (low).

The statements in this background section are intended to enhance an understanding of the background of the invention and may include other items not inconsistent with the prior art which are already known to those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem to be solved by the invention

However, in the conventional a/C CUT logic using intake manifold negative pressure shown in fig. 1, the intake manifold negative pressure is not an actual measurement value but a characteristic using a calculated value, and there are the following side effects: although sufficient negative pressure is actually stored in the brake booster, the difference between the atmospheric pressure and the intake manifold pressure is calculated to be small according to the situation, so that a/Ccut occurs. Such side effects cause frequent a/C cuts, and cause problems such as degradation of cooling performance and generation of moisture in a windshield (windshield), thereby causing customer dissatisfaction.

On the other hand, there is a problem that when the a/Ccut entry condition according to the intake manifold negative pressure is set up to decrease the a/C cut frequency, a customer dissatisfaction is caused due to a drop in braking performance. Further, when the a/cctt entry condition is set to be adjusted upward, there is a problem in that the power performance of the engine is degraded due to the a/C on in the uphill condition requiring a large engine torque.

Therefore, for the existing a/C cut control logic using intake manifold negative pressure, a solution capable of solving the contradictory problems of the cooling performance, the braking performance, the power performance, and the like is urgently required.

An object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a compressor control system of a vehicle and a method thereof, in which an engine load is reduced by enabling a change in an a/C duty ratio and accordingly reducing a required torque under a condition that an intake manifold negative pressure is insufficient when a brake of the vehicle is operated, thereby increasing the intake manifold negative pressure.

Technical solution for solving technical problem

According to one aspect of the present invention, a vehicle compressor control system includes: an Engine Controller (ECU) that reflects a required torque required for operating an air conditioner (A/C) of a vehicle and controls a fuel injection amount and an opening amount of a throttle valve according to an engine load; a driving information detector that detects driving information according to a running state of the vehicle; a compressor for generating pressure by a piston operation of a cylinder using engine power when the air conditioner (A/C) operates; and a controller for calculating an intake manifold negative pressure stored in the brake booster by subtracting an intake manifold pressure from an atmospheric pressure detected as the driving information, predicting an intake manifold negative pressure shortage condition that falls below a second threshold value that is an A/C cut control condition if the intake manifold negative pressure is equal to or less than a first threshold value when the brake is operated, and entering a negative pressure recovery mode for reducing an A/C duty ratio of the compressor.

In addition, the compressor may include: and a pressure regulator for adjusting the duty of the piston by changing the angle of the swash plate according to an a/C duty control signal applied from the controller.

In addition, a memory may be further included, the memory storing therein: an a/C duty ratio control map (control map) for performing a variable a/C duty ratio control of the compressor under the intake manifold negative pressure shortage condition; and a required torque control map corresponding to the above-described a/C duty ratio control map.

In addition, the above-mentioned driving information detector may detect at least one of driving information of an air conditioner operating state, a vehicle speed, an atmospheric pressure, an intake manifold pressure, an accelerator pedal operating state, a brake operating state, an altitude, a road gradient, and a timer.

Further, the controller may enter the negative pressure recovery mode when the vehicle is not completely stopped and is traveling at a low speed condition less than a certain vehicle speed, the intake manifold negative pressure is not more than a first threshold value and is in an insufficient state, the accelerator pedal is not operated, and a brake operation state is all satisfied, based on the driving information.

The controller may maintain the basic a/C duty ratio, which is lowered to a minimum (min) according to the entering of the negative pressure recovery mode, for a predetermined maintenance time to reduce the engine load, and then may return to the basic a/C duty ratio.

Further, the controller may control the variation rate of the release slope of the return to the basic a/C duty more slowly than the variation rate of the entrance slope of the a/C duty decreased to a minimum (min) for maintaining the a/C duty for a predetermined maintenance time when the negative pressure recovery mode is entered.

Further, after the basic a/C duty is restored, the controller may prohibit the negative pressure recovery mode from being reentered for a predetermined reentering prohibition time.

In addition, when the negative pressure recovery mode is entered, the controller may perform a required torque control for calculating a required torque reduction amount of the compressor and outputting the calculated amount to the ECU, while performing the a/C duty reduction control.

The controller may be configured to refer to a first required torque control table in which a required torque control amount that can be reduced to a minimum (min) output (the required torque control amount corresponding to the output value (max) of each a/C duty immediately before the negative pressure recovery mode is a constant value) is set in a hierarchical manner in accordance with the output value (max) of each a/C duty immediately before the negative pressure recovery mode is entered, subtract the first required torque control amount corresponding to the output value, and output the reduced required torque to the ECU, wherein the first required torque control amount corresponding to the output value of each a/C duty immediately before the negative pressure recovery mode is a constant value.

The controller may further set a second required torque control table in which a required torque control amount that can be reduced to a minimum (min) output (the required torque control amount corresponding to the output value (max) of each a/C duty immediately before the negative pressure recovery mode is a required torque (CR _ Fatc _ TqAcnOut) corresponding to the a/C duty multiplied by a ratio corresponding to the a/C duty) in proportion by step in correspondence with the output value (max) of each a/C duty immediately before the negative pressure recovery mode, subtract the second required torque control amount corresponding to the output value, and output the reduced required torque to the ECU, wherein the second required torque control amount corresponding to the output value of each a/C duty immediately before the negative pressure recovery mode is entered varies at a fixed ratio of the required torque amount corresponding to the a/C duty.

In another aspect, an aspect of the present invention relates to a vehicle compressor control method variably controlled according to a brake negative pressure condition of a vehicle compressor control system, including: a) controlling a compressor at a set basic A/C duty ratio when an air conditioner (A/C) of a vehicle is operated; b) collecting driving information according to a running state of the vehicle, and calculating intake manifold negative pressure stored in the brake booster by a value obtained by subtracting intake manifold pressure from atmospheric pressure; c) entering a negative pressure recovery mode if the intake manifold negative pressure is not greater than a first threshold value and is in an insufficient state when the brake is operated; and d) executing a negative pressure recovery control for reducing an engine load by maintaining the basic A/C duty ratio, which is entered into the negative pressure recovery mode, for a predetermined maintenance time by decreasing the basic A/C duty ratio to a minimum (min).

In addition, the step c) may include: and entering the negative pressure recovery mode if a state in which the vehicle is not completely stopped and is traveling at a low speed condition less than a certain vehicle speed, the accelerator pedal is not operated, and the brake is operated is further satisfied based on the driving information.

In addition, the step c) may further include: and entering the negative pressure recovery mode if a fluctuation speed of the intake manifold negative pressure detected during a predetermined period suddenly changes to a third threshold value or more even if the condition that the intake manifold negative pressure is equal to or less than the first threshold value is not satisfied.

In addition, the step d) may include: and a required torque control step of calculating a required torque reduction amount of the compressor and outputting the calculated amount to an ECU while performing the A/C duty reduction control when entering the negative pressure recovery mode.

In addition, the required torque controlling step may include: subtracting a first required torque control amount set in stages according to an output value (max) of each a/C duty ratio immediately before entering the negative pressure recovery mode, and outputting a reduced required torque, wherein the first required torque control amount corresponding to the output value of each a/C duty ratio immediately before entering the negative pressure recovery mode is a constant value; or subtracting a second required torque control amount set in stages according to an output value (max) of each a/C duty immediately before entering the negative pressure recovery mode, the second required torque control amount corresponding to the output value of each a/C duty immediately before entering the negative pressure recovery mode varying at a fixed ratio of the required torque amount corresponding to the a/C duty, and outputting a reduced required torque; or a step of calculating the first required torque control amount and the second required torque control amount, subtracting a larger value thereof, and outputting a reduced required torque.

In addition, after the step d), the method may further include: releasing the negative pressure recovery mode after the maintenance time of the negative pressure recovery mode has elapsed, and recovering to the basic a/C duty control; prohibiting a reentry into the negative pressure recovery mode within a predetermined reentry prohibition time after the basic a/C duty control is resumed; and a step of entering negative pressure recovery mode control when the intake manifold negative pressure becomes insufficient at or below a first threshold value within a certain (fixed) time period after the reentry prohibition time has elapsed.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION

By the embodiment of the invention, the condition that the negative pressure of the intake manifold of the vehicle is insufficient is grasped, the negative pressure of the intake manifold is ensured through the A/C duty ratio reduction control and the reduction of the required torque, so that the frequency of A/C cut caused by the insufficient negative pressure of the intake manifold can be reduced, and the problem of refrigeration performance caused by the frequency can be solved.

Further, when entering the negative pressure recovery mode, the a/C duty reduction control is performed, and the required torque output value of the compressor and the fluctuation speed of the a/C duty are adjusted based on the control to increase the intake manifold negative pressure, thereby providing an effect of improving the braking performance.

Further, by omitting a sensor of the brake booster and improving the contradictory relationship between the cooling performance and the brake performance by the intake manifold negative pressure recovery control of the vehicle using the difference between the atmospheric pressure and the intake manifold pressure, it is possible to expect the effects of reducing the cost increase and improving the customer satisfaction.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can easily carry out the invention. The invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. In the drawings, portions that are not related to the description are omitted for clarity of explanation, and like reference numerals denote like parts throughout the specification.

In the present invention, the term "includes" or "including" a certain component in the entire specification means that the component may include other components without excluding the component from the description. In addition, terms such as "…", "…", "component", and the like described in the specification mean a unit that processes at least one function or action, and may be implemented by hardware or software, or a combination of hardware and software.

In the following embodiments, terms are used by being appropriately modified, integrated, or separated so as to enable those skilled in the art to clearly understand the present invention in order to efficiently explain the core technical features of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to these.

Throughout the specification, the Intake Manifold negative pressure is a value obtained by subtracting an Intake Manifold (Intake Manifold) pressure from atmospheric pressure, and means a calculated value used to estimate a brake negative pressure stored in a brake booster. Therefore, the "negative pressure" in the embodiment of the invention does not refer to the booster negative pressure but to the "intake manifold negative pressure" unless otherwise specified.

In the following description, the compressor control system and the method thereof according to the present invention are clearly distinguished from the conventional technique in which a sensor for measuring the brake negative pressure is disposed, from the characteristic of solving the problem caused by using the intake manifold negative pressure.

Hereinafter, a compressor control system and a method thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a compressor control system (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an Engine Control Unit (ECU) (11); a driving information detector (12); a compressor (13); a condenser (14); an evaporator (15); a memory (16) and a controller (17).

Before formally beginning the description of the present invention, the compressor control system (10) according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in terms of the linkage relationship with the surrounding devices, which is exhibited by the characteristic that the intake manifold negative pressure is used without using the brake negative pressure measured by the actual sensor.

Generally, a brake booster stores a negative pressure for mechanically amplifying a force of a driver for stepping on a brake pedal, and transmits a pressure to a brake for braking a vehicle when the brake pedal is operated.

At this time, the Source (Source) of the pressure used by the brake booster is an intake manifold negative pressure that is the difference between the atmospheric pressure and the intake manifold pressure, and the intake manifold negative pressure is a negative pressure and tends to become larger when the Throttle valve (Throttle, TPS) is closed and smaller when the Throttle valve (TPS) is opened. In addition, when the driver depresses the accelerator pedal to open the throttle valve (TPS), the atmospheric pressure and the intake manifold pressure become the same due to the inflow of air, so that the intake manifold negative pressure approaches "0". For this reason, there is a problem in that although sufficient negative pressure is stored in the actual brake booster, the intake manifold negative pressure is calculated to be small, thereby causing frequent a/C cut side effects.

Accordingly, the compressor control system (10) according to the embodiment of the present invention is intended to monitor and predict the insufficient condition in which the intake manifold negative pressure, which is the source of the pressure supplied to the brake booster, becomes equal to or lower than the specific Threshold (Threshold), and to prevent the above-described adverse effect by performing the negative pressure recovery control at an appropriate timing.

The ECU (11) is a computing device that controls all operations for driving the engine, and controls the fuel injection amount so that the engine can be operated at a stable RPM in accordance with the operation of the engine's accessories (compressor, alternator, etc.).

Specifically, the Throttle (TPS) opening degree value is adjusted according to the fuel injection amount control of the ECU (11), and the fuel injection amount is decreased and the Throttle (TPS) opening degree value is decreased as the fuel injection amount is increased and the Throttle (TPS) opening degree value is increased.

When the opening degree of the throttle valve (TPS) is increased, the intake manifold negative pressure, which is the difference between the atmospheric pressure and the intake manifold pressure, is decreased, and at this time, the ECU (11) receives a signal indicating that the intake manifold negative pressure is insufficient, and takes measures for moving the throttle valve (TPS) in the closing direction.

Conventionally, there are various methods of moving a throttle valve (TPS) in a closing direction, and generally, a method of stopping an operation of an auxiliary device may be used. Typically, the a/C cut control is used in which the compressor (13) is stopped for several seconds, and the a/C cut control has relatively few side effects due to a short stop (OFF) operation. The a/C cut can reduce the engine load, thereby moving the throttle valve (TPS) in the closing direction and promoting the negative pressure increase.

That is, the ECU (11) performs A/C cut control to reduce the required torque used by the compressor (13) and can control the throttle valve (TPS) in the closing direction to recover the negative pressure.

On the other hand, the ECU (11) controls the fuel injection amount in combination with a torque required by an auxiliary device of the engine (for example, a compressor, an alternator, etc.) in addition to a torque required by the driver in accordance with an accelerator pedal operation (APS).

An ECU (11) compensates a fuel injection amount and an opening amount of a throttle valve (TPS) corresponding to an engine load by reflecting a required torque required for operation of an air conditioner (A/C) that is set by default in accordance with a temperature setting (cooling condition) of the air conditioner (A/C) by a driver, on all required torques.

In particular, in the description of the embodiment of the present invention described later, the ECU (11) performs the A/C duty ratio variable control in accordance with the negative pressure recovery entering control performed by the controller (17) in the state of insufficient negative pressure before entering the A/C cut, and receives the required torque that decreases as it decreases. At this time, the ECU (11) supports the linkage control of the negative pressure recovery mode in which the fuel injection amount is immediately reduced and the throttle valve (TPS) is controlled in the closing direction.

An air conditioner (A/C) is an air conditioner for a vehicle, and is mainly configured in such a manner that an ECU (11) variably controls a partial load of a compressor in order to prevent a brake negative pressure from decreasing to an A/C cut level, and also variably controls a required torque amount output to the ECU (11).

To this end, the air conditioner (A/C) comprises: compressor control logic that enables variable control of the compressor to operate efficiently based on driving information and environmental conditions of the vehicle.

An air conditioner (A/C) includes a driving information detector (12), a compressor (13), a condenser (14), an evaporator (15), a memory (16), and a controller (17), and operates for cooling, ventilation, and heating in a vehicle.

The refrigerating performance of an air conditioner (A/C) is improved as the operating rate of a compressor (13) increases, the operating rate of the compressor (13) is determined by variable A/C duty ratio (duty ratio) control of a controller (17), and the variable A/C duty ratio (duty ratio) control of the controller (17) is performed when it is determined that a shortage of intake manifold negative pressure has occurred based on driving information.

The driving information detector (12) detects driving information through various sensors and various controllers for measuring the running state of the vehicle. The driving information may be data measured by a sensor and a controller, or information processed into a form necessary for controlling the compressor (13).

For example, the driving information detector (12) can supply to the controller (17) values detected by a vehicle speed Sensor, an atmospheric pressure Sensor, an intake manifold pressure Sensor, a gear position, an APS (Accelerator Pedal Sensor), a BPS (Brake Pedal Sensor), a height Sensor, a gradient Sensor, a timer, and the like.

The compressor (13) compresses a refrigerant sucked by the evaporator (15) when the air conditioner (A/C) is in operation and transmits the compressed refrigerant to the condenser (14). The compressor (13) may be constituted by a variable displacement compressor for a vehicle that generates pressure by piston operation of a cylinder using engine power transmitted via a conveyor belt. For example, the compressor (13) includes a pressure regulator (not shown) capable of changing the angle of a swash plate (an insert plate) (a swash plate of the compressor) in accordance with an applied a/C duty control signal and adjusting the piston duty (i.e., the amount of piston movement) in accordance therewith.

The condenser (14) condenses and liquefies the refrigerant compressed by the compressor (13).

The evaporator (15) vaporizes the refrigerant liquefied by the condenser (14).

Further, the description of the basic structure of the air conditioner (a/C) is well known to those skilled in the art, and thus, unnecessary description is omitted.

The memory (16) stores a program and data for controlling the compressor (13), and stores data generated by use thereof.

The memory (16) stores a target duty ratio control MAP (MAP1) based on FATC (full automatic Temperature control) for controlling the compressor (13).

In addition, the memory (16) can set and store: an A/C duty ratio control MAP (MAP2) for performing variable control of the compressor (13) under a condition of insufficient intake manifold negative pressure; and a required torque control MAP (MAP3) corresponding to the above-described a/C duty ratio control MAP (MAP 2).

The controller (17) is an air conditioner controller for controlling the overall operation of the air conditioner (A/C), and enters a negative pressure recovery mode in accordance with the brake negative pressure condition in conjunction with the ECU (11) to variably control the compressor (13).

The controller (17) detects driving information of an air conditioner operation state (a/C on/off), a vehicle speed, an atmospheric pressure, an intake manifold pressure, an accelerator pedal operation state (APS on/off), a brake operation state (BPS on/off), a height, a road gradient, a timer, etc. according to the operation of the vehicle through the driving information detector (12).

When the air conditioner is operated (A/C is on), the controller (17) controls the compressor (13) at a basic A/C duty ratio in a general FATC-based air conditioning control.

The controller (17) calculates a brake negative pressure stored in the brake booster by using an intake manifold negative pressure, which is a value obtained by subtracting an intake manifold pressure from an atmospheric pressure detected as the driving information.

When the intake manifold negative pressure is insufficient and the air conditioner operation is predicted to be stopped (A/C cut), the controller (17) can execute negative pressure recovery control for controlling the A/C duty ratio to be minimum (min). Wherein, minimum (min) control of the a/C duty cycle means: when the maximum (max) A/C duty ratio is set to 100%, the A/C duty ratio is reduced to a minimum (min) allowable value (duty limit) at which the operation of the air conditioner (A/C) is not suspended (OFF), for example, to 35%.

For example, fig. 4 shows a negative pressure recovery mode entry condition and an example of a/C duty ratio control according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 4, a graph shows the result of the controller (17) according to the embodiment of the present invention performing the a/C duty control in response to the intake manifold negative pressure variation with time entering the negative pressure recovery mode.

A controller (17) controls the compressor (13) at a basic A/C duty ratio based on the common FATC target duty ratio in a normal state.

When the intake manifold negative pressure is reduced to or below a first threshold value (T1), if the negative pressure can be recovered by A/C duty control, the controller (17) can enter a negative pressure recovery mode, and the negative pressure can be recovered (increased) by reducing the A/C duty without performing the A/C cut.

Here, the first threshold value (T1, for example, 260hPa) is a negative pressure recovery control reference line indicating a state of insufficient intake manifold negative pressure, and means a value set as an a/C duty ratio control start condition for preventing a/C cut.

The second threshold value (T2, for example, 240hPa) is an a/C cut control negative pressure reference line, and when the intake manifold negative pressure decreases to the second threshold value or less, the a/C cut control is started.

That is, in order to predict in advance a situation where the intake manifold negative pressure falls below a second threshold value (T2, for example, 240hPa) that is an a/C cut control condition and start a/C duty control for preventing this situation, the first threshold value (T1, for example, 260hPa) may be set to a value that is greater than the second threshold value by a predetermined amount.

Generally, the controller (17) controls the basic A/C duty ratio to a maximum (max) in a state where the intake manifold negative pressure exceeds a first threshold value (T1) and the negative pressure is sufficient.

When the intake manifold negative pressure is reduced to a first threshold value (T1) or less, the controller (17) starts negative pressure recovery control and changes the A/C duty ratio to a minimum value (min) as in 1-time duty control. At this time, the controller (17) applies an A/C duty control signal to the compressor (13) so that the maximum (max) A/C duty becomes the minimum (min) A/C duty, maintains the minimum (min) A/C duty for a predetermined maintenance time (for example, 3 seconds), and then returns to the maximum (max).

In this way, the controller (17) can change the output of the compressor (13) to the minimum (min) A/C duty ratio to reduce the engine load and guide the intake manifold negative pressure to rise.

On the other hand, fig. 5 shows the a/C duty control slope at the time of entering/releasing the negative pressure recovery mode according to the embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 5, the controller (17) can control the release slope (variation rate) (e.g., 10Nm/sec) to return to the maximum (max) to be smaller than the entering slope (variation rate) (e.g., 40Nm/sec) to decrease the a/C duty ratio to the minimum (min) at the time of entering the negative pressure recovery control. This is to prevent the RPM from becoming unstable when the fluctuation speed is too fast or too slow at the time of entering and releasing the negative pressure recovery control.

Referring again to fig. 4, the controller (17) prohibits (limits) the reentry into the negative pressure recovery mode within a predetermined reentry prohibition time (for example, 0.2 seconds) after the execution of the 1-time duty control and the return to the basic a/C duty control. This is to prevent a phenomenon that the minimum (min) a/C duty ratio is continuously maintained over the above-described maintenance time.

When the intake manifold negative pressure decreases again to be equal to or less than the first threshold value (T1) after the re-entry prohibition time elapses, the controller (17) can enter duty control 2 times. At this time, even if a release condition is satisfied before a minimum (min) duty control maintaining time elapses after the negative pressure recovery mode is entered, the controller (17) does not immediately release the minimum (min) duty control, and the minimum (min) duty control can be maintained during the maintaining time. However, before the maintenance time elapses, if the air conditioner (A/C) is turned OFF (OFF), the controller (17) can immediately release the negative pressure recovery mode.

On the other hand, the controller (17) can generate a required torque control amount corresponding to the minimum A/C duty ratio while changing to the minimum A/C duty ratio, and transmit the required torque control amount to an ECU (11) of the engine.

Fig. 6 shows a first required torque control table of the embodiment of the invention.

Referring to fig. 6, in the first required torque control table of the embodiment of the invention, the first required torque control amount that can be reduced to the minimum (min) output is set hierarchically and stored corresponding to the level of the a/C duty output value immediately before the a/C duty control mode is entered, where the first required torque control amount corresponding to each a/C duty output value immediately before the a/C duty control mode is a constant value.

The A/C duty ratio output value immediately before the negative pressure recovery control is the output value of the swash plate angle of each compressor (13), and the angle of the swash plate is set in stages according to the temperature condition of the air conditioner (A/C). The output values of the respective stages may be measured differently depending on the pressure difference based on the indoor/outdoor temperature. If it is assumed that the required torque can be detected as 20Nm, 15Nm, or 10Nm depending on the external environment even in the case where the swash plate angle is 100%.

And, the required torque control amount means: when the maximum output value (max) of the A/C duty ratio under each inclined plate angle condition is reduced to the minimum (min) output, the required torque value of the air conditioner (A/C) can be reduced.

If the required torque at the swash plate angle of 100% is 10Nm with respect to the A/C duty output value immediately before the negative pressure recovery control, the controller (17) subtracts 3.5Nm from the first required torque control amount according to the A/C duty reduction control, and can transmit the required torque reduced to 6.5Nm to the ECU (11).

In the first required torque control table, the first required torque control amount is decreased as the a/C duty output value immediately before the a/C duty control mode is entered decreases, and when the a/C duty output value is a certain level of 40 [% ] or less, the first required torque control amount is set to 0 to secure stability.

In addition, fig. 7 shows a second required torque control table of the embodiment of the invention.

Referring to fig. 7, in the second required torque control table according to the embodiment of the invention, second required torque control amounts capable of reducing to the minimum (min) output are set in stages corresponding to the level of the a/C duty output value immediately before entering the a/C duty control mode and stored, wherein the second required torque control amount corresponding to each a/C duty output value immediately before entering the a/C duty control mode varies at a fixed ratio of the required torque amount corresponding to the a/C duty. "CR _ Fatc _ tqactonout" in fig. 7 indicates a required torque amount corresponding to each a/C duty ratio output value immediately before entering the a/C duty ratio control mode.

That is, the difference is that the second required torque control table is not calculated so that the required torque change amount is a fixed constant value as in the first required torque control table, but is calculated so as to vary at a fixed ratio.

If, based on the common FATC target duty ratio, when the required torque at which the A/C duty ratio output value is 100% immediately before negative pressure recovery control is to be performed is 10Nm, the controller (17) is capable of multiplying the required torque by 0.50, which is the ratio of the corresponding items, and transmitting the required torque reduced to 5Nm to the ECU (11).

In addition, the controller (17) selects a large value from a first required torque control amount (for example, 3.5Nm) derived from the first required torque control table and a second required torque control amount (for example, 5Nm) derived from the second required torque control table, and transmits the reduced required torque to the ECU (11).

In the above description, the first required torque table and the second required torque are each an example, and the numerical values of the respective items are not limited to these, and can be changed and set to a control map obtained by the type of the vehicle, the type of the transmission, tests, learning, and statistics.

On the other hand, referring to fig. 3 described above, the controller (17) can control the negative pressure recovery mode in consideration of the driving information collected under the flat ground condition only in the case where the negative pressure can be recovered by the a/C duty control.

For example, the condition that the negative pressure can be recovered can be determined by referring to the following operating conditions.

When the air conditioner is operated (A/C is on), the vehicle is not completely stopped, and the vehicle is in a low speed condition (for example, 0.1kph is less than or equal to 15kph) which is less than a predetermined vehicle speed, and the vehicle is in a state where the intake manifold negative pressure is not more than a first threshold value (T1) which is insufficient, the accelerator pedal is not operated (APS is 0FF), and the brake is operated, the controller (17) enters a negative pressure recovery mode. However, the low speed condition is set so that the negative pressure recovery control can be executed in a speed section in which the recovery speed of the negative pressure is high when the speed is equal to or higher than the predetermined speed, and the recovery speed is low until the vehicle completely stops and the a/C cut frequently occurs.

However, the controller (17) can be configured to enter the negative pressure recovery mode as an exception when the vehicle is in an uphill state requiring a high output at a predetermined gradient (for example, 18 degrees) or more in consideration of an uphill condition. In the exceptional situation, the compressor (13) can be controlled based on the universal FATC target duty ratio.

The controller (17) can enter the negative pressure recovery mode as an exception when the vehicle is located at a high altitude equal to or higher than a predetermined altitude (for example, 1500m) in consideration of a high altitude condition. This is because, assuming that the negative pressure storage amount of the brake booster supports 5 operations of the normal brake with reference to the flat ground, the number of times of support (performance) is reduced to about half at a high height of about 1500m or more.

However, due to the characteristic that the negative pressure is affected by the altitude, the controller (17) can variably set the higher the altitude and the higher the first threshold value (T1) under the flat ground/low altitude area condition of less than about 1500m, thereby shortening the entry time point to the negative pressure recovery control to be faster. For example, when the altitude is the first altitude, the first threshold value can be set to be substantially 260hPa, and when the altitude is the second altitude higher than the first altitude, the first threshold value can be variably set to be 280 hPa.

Even if the first threshold value (T1) is not satisfied, the controller (17) can execute negative pressure recovery control if the variation speed of the intake manifold negative pressure detected during a predetermined period (for example, 10ms cell) exceeds a third threshold value (T3) that is a rapid variation condition. The variable setting may be performed such that the first threshold (T1) becomes higher as the variation speed becomes higher. Thereby, the advanced negative pressure recovery control according to the moving speed of the negative pressure can be executed.

On the other hand, based on the configuration of the compressor control system (10), a compressor control method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 8 below. However, the detailed structure of the compressor control system (10) may be subdivided or integrated into one system for each function. Therefore, when the compressor control method is described with reference to fig. 8 below, the main body thereof will be described as a compressor control system (10).

Fig. 8 is a flowchart schematically showing a compressor control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 8, the compressor control system (10) according to the embodiment of the present invention controls the compressor (13) at the basic a/C duty ratio set based on the general FATC-based target duty ratio when the air conditioner is operated (a/C on) (S1).

The compressor control system (10) collects driving information according to the operation of the vehicle by means of the driving information detector (12), and monitors the intake manifold under-negative-pressure-condition-predicted negative-pressure recovery mode entry condition as in the following steps S2 to S5.

A compressor control system (10) predicts an intake manifold negative pressure shortage condition and enters a negative pressure recovery mode when a vehicle is not completely stopped and is traveling at a low speed condition (e.g., a vehicle speed of 0.1km/h & lt, or 10km/h) lower than a certain vehicle speed (S2; YES), an intake manifold negative pressure is in a shortage state (S3; YES) with a first threshold value (260hPa), an accelerator pedal is not operated (APS 0FF) (S4; YES), and a brake is operated (BPS ON) (S5; YES). That is, the negative pressure recovery mode is entered under the logical and condition that all of the above-described steps S2 to S5 are satisfied, and if any of S2 to S5 is not satisfied (no), the negative pressure recovery mode is not entered.

The compressor control system (10) executes negative pressure recovery control (S6) for reducing the engine load by maintaining the A/C duty ratio for a prescribed maintenance time (e.g., 3 seconds) in accordance with the lowering of the basic A/C duty ratio to the minimum (min) upon entering the negative pressure recovery mode.

On the other hand, when only the a/C duty is reduced by the negative pressure recovery control, the actual engine load is reduced, but the ECU (11) cannot confirm how much torque is used in the compressor (13), and therefore the negative pressure recovery effect may be small.

Therefore, when entering the negative pressure recovery mode, the compressor control system (10) performs a required torque control (S7) for calculating and outputting a required torque reduction amount of the compressor (13) that is reduced in accordance with the A/C duty ratio to the ECU (11) while performing the A/C duty ratio reduction control.

At this time, the compressor control system (10) can subtract a first required torque control amount which is quantitatively set according to the level of the first required torque control table (see fig. 6) from the a/C duty output value immediately before the negative pressure recovery control, and output the reduced required torque to the ECU (11).

Alternatively, the compressor control system (10) can subtract a second required torque control amount that varies at a predetermined rate according to the level of the second required torque control table (see fig. 7) from the a/C duty output value immediately before the negative pressure recovery control, and output the reduced required torque to the ECU (11).

Alternatively, the compressor control system (10) can calculate the first required torque control amount and the second required torque control amount, subtract a larger value from the a/C duty output value immediately before the negative pressure recovery control, and output the reduced required torque to the ECU (11).

The compressor control system (10) has the effect of guiding an intake manifold negative pressure rise, which is the difference between the atmospheric pressure and the intake manifold pressure, by causing the ECU (11) to reduce or close the throttle valve (TPS) opening degree by such required torque control.

On the other hand, the compressor control system (10) counts the maintenance time of the negative pressure recovery mode, and when a set time (e.g., 3 seconds) has elapsed (S8; YES), the negative pressure recovery mode is released and the control is returned to the normal A/C duty control (S9).

After that, the compressor control system (10) prohibits the re-entry into the negative pressure recovery mode within a predetermined re-entry prohibition time (for example, 0.2 seconds) after returning to the normal a/C duty control (S10).

In addition, if the vehicle is in an uphill state requiring a high output at a predetermined gradient (for example, 18 degrees) or more, the compressor control system (10) can enter the negative pressure recovery mode as an exception.

In addition, if the vehicle is located at a height above a prescribed altitude (for example, 1500m), the compressor control system (10) can enter the negative pressure recovery mode as an exception restriction.

As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the frequent a/C cut frequency caused by the intake manifold negative pressure shortage can be reduced by grasping the condition that the intake manifold negative pressure of the vehicle is insufficient, and securing the intake manifold negative pressure by the preceding a/C duty reduction control and the reduction of the required torque.

Further, when entering the negative pressure recovery mode, the a/C duty reduction control is performed, and the required torque output value of the compressor and the fluctuation speed of the a/C duty are adjusted accordingly to increase the intake manifold negative pressure, thereby providing an effect of improving the braking performance.

Further, by omitting a sensor of the brake booster and improving the contradictory relationship between the cooling performance and the brake performance by the intake manifold negative pressure recovery control of the vehicle using the difference between the atmospheric pressure and the intake manifold pressure, it is possible to reduce the cost increase and to expect the effect of improving the customer satisfaction.

While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and additions other than the above-described embodiments can be made.

For example, in the embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 8, the entry condition of the negative pressure recovery mode is described as a logical and condition that is satisfied in all of the above-described steps S2 to S5 including the brake-ON (BPS ═ ON) state.

However, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to this, and the negative pressure recovery mode control may be performed when the above-described steps S2 to S4 are satisfied during a certain Time (Brake Entry _ Time) after the Brake is turned OFF (OFF) after the re-Entry prohibition Time of the above-described step S10 elapses.

Fig. 9 is a flowchart schematically showing conditions for entering the negative pressure recovery mode according to another embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 9, the entry conditions of the negative pressure recovery mode according to another embodiment of the present invention are similar to those of fig. 8 described above, and the repeated description is omitted, and the step S3 having a difference is mainly described.

Even if the condition that the intake manifold negative pressure is equal to or less than the first threshold value (260hPa) is not satisfied (S3-1; No), if the variation speed of the intake manifold negative pressure detected during a predetermined period (for example, 10ms unit) is equal to or more than the third threshold value (S3-2; Yes), the compressor control system (10) can determine that the negative pressure recovery control condition is satisfied.

In this case, the compressor control system (10) has an advantage that the time point of entry to the negative pressure recovery control can be shortened to be faster by variably setting the first threshold (T1) to be higher as the variation speed is higher.

The embodiments of the present invention can be embodied not only by the above-described devices and/or methods but also by a program for realizing functions corresponding to the configurations of the embodiments of the present invention, a storage medium storing the program, and the like, and those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can easily realize such an embodiment from the description of the above-described embodiments.
