Compared with the prior art, the invention generates current by cutting the magnetic induction line through the coil, and leads the generated current into the battery of the electric vehicle to supplement the electric quantity of the battery of the electric vehicle, thereby realizing the self-power-supplementing function of the electric vehicle, and simultaneously leads the generated current into the power storage device for storage, so that the electric vehicle controller starts the power storage device to supply power to the electric vehicle under the condition of insufficient electric quantity of the battery of the electric vehicle, thereby ensuring that the electric vehicle can still reach the home or reach a certain quick charging point under the condition of insufficient electric quantity of the battery of the electric vehicle. The invention converts kinetic energy into electric energy, and effectively utilizes resources.
