1. A cantilever mechanism, comprising:

the supporting panel (1) is arranged on one side of the hot press (2), and is provided with a positioning convex strip (11) along the length direction;

Background

Packaging is a technique for packaging semiconductor integrated circuit chips with insulating plastic or ceramic materials, and packaging is essential and critical for the chips. Since the chip must be isolated from the outside to prevent the chip from being corroded by impurities in the air to cause electrical performance degradation, on the other hand, the packaged chip is more convenient to mount and transport. The lead frame is the most important carrier in the packaging technology, and the design structure of the lead frame directly influences the quality and the efficiency of the packaging technology.

The bearing mechanism comprises: bearing part 61 and movable part 62, one side of bearing part 61 has two recess seats and two location sand grips 11 cooperations of support panel 1, the opposite side of bearing part 61 is equipped with the second sand grip 611 that two perpendicular horizontal planes set up, be fixed with two cushion blocks 612 on two second sand grips 611, the both sides buckle of movable part 62 is detained in the relative both sides of two cushion blocks 612, the centre of movable part 62 is for going up and down the seat between two cushion blocks, second actuating mechanism can drive the seat that goes up and down to go up and down, make movable part 62 slide from top to bottom along two cushion blocks 612, thereby drive connecting handle 3 drives the up-and-down motion of work or material rest 4. The upper end of the pad 612 is provided with a limit hook 6121, which can limit the moving amount of the movable part 62 moving upwards and prevent excessive moving upwards.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the second drive mechanism includes: the screw rod bases 71 are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the bearing part 61, the two ends of the screw rod 72 are connected with the screw rod bases 71 and are positioned between the two second convex strips 611 and parallel to the second convex strips 611, the screw rod motor 73 is fixed at the upper part of the bearing part 61 and can drive the screw rod 72 to rotate, and the screw rod 72 penetrates through the lifting base of the movable part 62 and drives the lifting base to lift through the rotation of the screw rod 72.
