In order to solve the problems, the application provides a parking lot shared parking space management system and method, which are convenient for establishing an information channel for publishing, browsing and searching a shared parking space, a transaction channel for applying and confirming and a management channel for vehicle entrance and exit between a parking space providing user and a parking space requiring user. Thereby solving the supply and demand problem of the idle parking space.

The parking lot has the management right on the parking space, and provides the safety and management of the parking space and the parked vehicle. As shown in fig. 3, the system management module 100 includes: the system comprises a user management unit 101, a parking lot parking space information management unit 102, a parking space requirement management unit 103, a transaction management unit 104, a background management maintenance unit 105 and a data record storage unit 106;

the user management unit is used for completing the communication with the mobile terminal and realizing the functions of registration, login, identity authentication and the like of a user, and comprises the following steps:

the registration subunit is used for receiving and storing the user information sent by the mobile terminal, wherein the user information comprises user personal information, vehicle information and a personal account, and the parking space providing user also needs to provide information and parking space information of a parking lot where the user is located;

and the login subunit is used for carrying out user identity authentication and finishing login confirmation of the user.

And the identity authentication subunit is used for authenticating the legality and authenticity of the user, the parking space and the personal account.

The parking lot parking space information management unit manages and maintains parking lot information and a parking lot white list (can provide user information of shared parking spaces), provides functions of retrieval, registration, maintenance and the like, and comprises the following functions:

the parking lot information maintenance subunit is used for receiving and storing the information of each parking lot;

and the parking lot information retrieval subunit is used for providing an interface for parking lot information retrieval for the system, is used for mobile terminal query retrieval, and supports precise retrieval (parking lot names, street positions and the like) and fuzzy retrieval (geographic areas, keywords and the like).

The parking space information maintenance subunit is used for receiving and storing the white lists of all the parking lots;

and the parking space information retrieval subunit is used for providing an interface for parking space information retrieval, providing for mobile terminal query and retrieval, and supporting accurate query and fuzzy query of parking space size information and parking space idle time.

And the receiving transaction dynamic subunit is used for receiving the temporary vehicle entering and leaving information which is recorded in the parking lot and acquired by the gate and sent by the parking lot management module.

Parking stall demand administrative unit includes:

the receiving subunit is used for receiving the parking space demand information and the shared parking space information sent by the mobile terminal;

the issuing subunit is used for verifying the authenticity of the identity of the parking space demand user and issuing the parking space demand information after the verification is passed; verifying whether the shared parking space belongs to a parking space providing user or not through a white list, and issuing shared parking space information after the verification is passed;

the white list user determination subunit is used for inquiring whether a parking space meeting the parking space requirement exists in the issued shared parking spaces, if so, the parking space providing user of the shared parking space is used as a white list user, otherwise, the parking space requirement information is pushed to a registered user in a white list of a parking lot, and if a parking space number and a personal account fed back by a certain registered user are received, the registered user is used as the white list user; otherwise, generating information that the proper parking space cannot be matched;

the transmitting subunit is used for transmitting the parking space information to the mobile terminal of the parking space demand user and transmitting the parking space demand information to the mobile terminal of the white list user after the white list user is acquired; otherwise, sending the information that the proper parking space cannot be matched to the mobile terminal of the user with the parking space requirement;

and the cancellation subunit is used for canceling the issued parking space sharing/parking space requirement information when receiving a cancellation application sent by the mobile terminal user.

The transaction management unit is used for realizing related transaction functions and comprises:

the transaction generation subunit is configured to generate a parking transaction order after receiving the confirmation transaction information of the white list user and the fee paid by the parking space demand user, where the parking transaction order includes: parking space requirement user information, temporary vehicle information, parking time and parking cost, user information of white list users, parking lot information and parking space information;

the transaction information issuing subunit is used for sending the parking transaction order to the corresponding parking lot server;

the transaction completion subunit is used for triggering the completion of the transaction after receiving the information that the temporary vehicle is driven away from the parking lot in the transaction order, and transferring the transaction cost of the public account to the collection account number bound by the white list user;

and the transaction canceling subunit is used for judging whether the cancellation time limit is exceeded or not after receiving the cancellation application submitted by the parking space demand user, returning the total charge to the personal account of the parking space demand user if the cancellation time limit is not exceeded, and returning the residual charge to the personal account of the parking space demand user after deducting a part of default money if the cancellation time limit is not exceeded.

And the background management maintenance unit is used for a background manager to maintain the parking lot, the parking space, the user and the transaction order. And the background administrator should perform maintenance operation under the condition of ensuring the safety of system data on the premise of safety authorization and identity authentication.

And the data record storage unit is used for providing a functional interface for storing various information in the database. The stored data information includes: parking lot information: the system comprises a parking lot number, a geographical position, a community/cell to which the parking lot number belongs, peripheral information and road information; user information: the system comprises a user name, a password, a personal account number, an identity verification result, whether a parking place exists, a parking place information index (supporting multiple parking place information in multiple parking lots), whether pushing is received or not and a parking lot concerned; parking space information: the parking lot comprises parking lot numbers, parking lot owners, parking lots, positions, routes in the parking lots, the number of layers, parking lot types (ground and frames) and applicable vehicle types (sizes); and (3) parking space sharing information: parking space information index, which can share time intervals; parking space demand information: a parking lot requiring people, payable fees, vehicle types, time and demands; sharing parking space transaction information: the parking space providing users, the parking space demand users, the parking space information index, the transaction time (including demand time, confirmation time, temporary vehicle driving-in time, driving-out time and transaction completion time), the fee, whether other fees are overtime or not, whether the fees are cancelled or not, whether the fees are overtime or not, default money and the like.

The parking lot management module is deployed in a parking lot server, and under the unified management of the system management module, the parking lot management module is integrated with a parking lot video recording and brake system to complete the temporary vehicle driving-in and driving-out management.

As shown in fig. 4, the yard management module 200 includes: a yard registration unit 201, a yard data communication unit 202, a temporary vehicle entrance management unit 203, and a temporary vehicle exit management unit 204;

the parking lot login and registration unit is used for sending the configured parking lot information to the cloud server, and completes the registration and login verification of the cloud server, and comprises the following steps:

and the registration subunit is used for a train yard manager to input train yard information (including geographic position, capacity, community/cell belonging to the train yard, and the like), and the train yard information is sent to the system management module information through the network to register the train yard.

And the login subunit is used for sending the identification information of the parking lot to the system management module, and logging in after the parking lot passes the verification.

The parking lot data communication unit finishes the information communication with the cloud server, and comprises:

the sending subunit is used for sending the parking lot white list to the cloud server; sending the information of temporary vehicle driving in and driving out collected by the parking lot to a cloud server;

and the receiving subunit is used for receiving the transaction order sent by the cloud server.

The temporary vehicle driving-in management unit is used for judging whether the temporary vehicle meets a passing condition or not according to a transaction order when the temporary vehicle drives into the parking lot, and if the temporary vehicle meets the passing condition, sending an instruction for opening a gate;

the temporary vehicle driving-out management unit is used for judging whether the temporary vehicle is overtime according to the transaction order when the temporary vehicle drives out of the parking lot, if not, sending an instruction for opening a gate, and sending information that the temporary vehicle drives out of the parking lot to the cloud server; otherwise, the parking fee of the overtime part is calculated according to the charging rule of the parking lot, and after the parking fee paid by the temporary vehicle user is received, an instruction for opening the gate is sent.

The shared parking space service module is deployed at the mobile terminal and is essentially an App of the mobile terminal, and the App provides service for parking space providing users and provides service for parking space requiring users. That is to say, a user may be a parking space providing user who provides a shared parking space, or a parking space requiring user. Only when the user who has finished the registration of the parking space information and has added into the white list of the parking lot through the system verification has the identity of the user provided by the parking space, the function of issuing the shared parking space can be used.

As shown in fig. 5, the shared parking space service module 300 includes: a user registration login unit 301, a browsing search unit 302, a shared parking space release/demand unit 303, a transaction processing unit 304 and a setting unit 305;

the user registration login unit is used for carrying out registration login by a user, completing account establishment in the system and verifying login; the method comprises the following steps:

and the registration subunit is used for inputting user information (including user personal information, vehicle information and a personal account, and the parking space providing user also provides information of a parking lot where the parking space providing user is located and parking space information) by the user, and sending the information to the system management module through the network for registration.

And the login subunit is used for obtaining the user identifier by a user at the mobile terminal through login modes such as password login/fingerprint login and the like, sending the user identifier to the system management module, and logging in after authentication.

The browsing and searching unit is used for providing an information browsing and searching function and comprises:

and the parking lot browsing and searching subunit is used for browsing and searching the information of the parking lot by the user. The accurate query and the fuzzy query can be carried out by inputting keywords, and the search can also be carried out by map browsing.

And the shared parking space browsing and searching subunit is used for browsing and searching the information of the shared parking spaces in the parking lot by the user. The accurate query and the fuzzy query can be carried out by inputting keywords, and the search can also be carried out by map browsing.

Shared parking space issuing/demand unit, including:

the shared parking space issuing subunit: the system management module is used for providing the shared parking space information for the parking space and submitting the shared parking space information to the system management module.

Parking stall demand subunit: the system management module is used for submitting the requirements to the system management module after all users passing identity authentication input information such as required parking lots and paid fees.

The transaction processing unit is used for processing transaction information and comprises:

a transaction confirmation subunit: the parking space providing system comprises a cloud server, a parking space providing user and a parking space request sending module, wherein the cloud server is used for sending a parking space request to the parking space providing user;

the transaction payment subunit is used for paying the parking fee to the public account when the parking space demand user receives the shared parking space information;

and the transaction canceling subunit is used for initiating a transaction canceling application by the parking space demand user and the parking space providing user, and sending the canceling application to the system management module to complete canceling operation.

A setting unit for performing a setting function, comprising:

and the user setting subunit provides a function of setting and changing personal information (parking spaces, accounts and the like) for the user, and sends the personal information to the system management module for synchronous updating.

The pushing setting subunit can set and receive the parking space requirements meeting the conditions for the parking space providing users. When there is a suitable demand for application, a push notification may be received. For the users with parking space requirements, whether the users with the concerned parking lots and parking spaces issue push notifications for the shared parking spaces of the users can be received.

The attention setting subunit is used for setting attention to parking lot and parking space providing users for parking space users so as to receive push notifications issued by shared parking spaces in the parking lot.

Example 2:

as shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present application provides a parking lot shared parking space management method, which is applied to a cloud server, a parking lot server, and a mobile terminal, and includes:

step 401: the parking lot server sends the parking lot information and the parking lot white list to the cloud server;

step 402: the mobile terminal uploads the personal information and the demand information of the user to a cloud server;

the parking place provides a user, and a user App is started at a mobile phone end to execute a registration function; the user inputs personal information, vehicle information and a personal account; the user App is sent to a cloud server through a network, and registration is started; the cloud server receives the user information, calls an identity verification function, verifies the validity of the user identity, and if the verification fails, informs the user App to terminate the registration; and the user App informs the user of finishing the registration and binding, and can optionally set a fingerprint login mode.

The parking place requiring user starts a user App at a mobile phone end to execute a registration function; inputting personal information and a personal account; the user App is sent to a cloud server through a network, and registration is started; the cloud server receives the user information, calls an identity verification function, verifies the validity of the user identity, and if the verification fails, informs the user App to terminate the registration; and the user App informs the user of finishing the registration and binding, and can optionally set a fingerprint login mode.

The parking space providing method includes the steps that a user opens an App and starts a shared parking space uploading function; the user fills in the information of the free parking space and the time period, and the App sends the information to the cloud server;

the user with the parking space requirement opens the user App to start the parking space requirement function; a user browses and selects a parking lot, fills information such as own parking time, temporary vehicle cost, license plate and the like, and selects and submits; the App sends the information to a cloud server;

step 403: the cloud server verifies and releases the received user information;

the cloud server receives the parking space demand information and the shared parking space information sent by the mobile terminal, verifies the authenticity of the identity of the parking space demand user, and issues the parking space demand information after verification is passed; verifying whether the shared parking space belongs to a parking space providing user or not through a white list, and issuing shared parking space information after the verification is passed;

step 404: the cloud server searches for white list users for parking space demand users;

inquiring whether a parking space meeting the parking space requirement exists in the issued shared parking spaces, if so, providing a user of the parking space of the shared parking space as a white list user, otherwise, pushing parking space requirement information to a registered user in a white list of a parking lot, and if receiving a parking space number and a personal account fed back by a certain registered user, taking the registered user as the white list user; otherwise, generating information that the proper parking space cannot be matched;

after the white list user is obtained, the parking space information is sent to the mobile terminal of the parking space demand user, and the parking space demand information is sent to the mobile terminal of the white list user; otherwise, the information that the proper parking space cannot be matched is sent to the mobile terminal of the user with the parking space requirement.

Step 405: the cloud server generates a parking transaction order for parking space demand users and white list users, and issues the transaction parking order to a corresponding parking lot server; the method specifically comprises the following steps:

after receiving the confirmation transaction information of the white list user and the fee paid by the parking space demand user, the cloud server generates a parking transaction order, wherein the parking transaction order comprises: parking space requirement user information, temporary vehicle information, parking time and parking cost, user information of white list users, parking lot information and parking space information; sending the parking transaction order to a corresponding parking lot server;

step 406: the parking lot server provides parking service for vehicles which can be temporarily parked in the transaction order;

when the temporary vehicle drives into the parking lot, the parking lot server judges whether the temporary vehicle meets the passing condition according to the transaction order, and if the temporary vehicle meets the passing condition, an instruction for opening a gate is sent out;

when the temporary vehicle drives away from the parking lot, the parking lot server judges whether the temporary vehicle is overtime according to the transaction order, if not, an instruction for opening a gate is sent, and information that the temporary vehicle drives away from the parking lot is sent to the cloud server; otherwise, the parking fee of the overtime part is calculated according to the charging rule of the parking lot, and after the parking fee paid by the temporary vehicle user is received, an instruction for opening the gate is sent.

Step 407: and after receiving the information that the temporary vehicle is driven away from the parking lot in the transaction order, the cloud server transfers the transaction cost of the public account to a collection account number bound by the white list user.

Furthermore, the method further comprises: the step of canceling the transaction specifically comprises:

and after receiving a cancellation application submitted by the parking space demand user, the cloud server judges whether the cancellation time limit is exceeded or not, if the cancellation time limit is not exceeded, the total cost is returned to the personal account of the parking space demand user, otherwise, the remaining cost is returned to the personal account of the parking space demand user after deducting a part of default money.

It should be noted that although several units or sub-units of the apparatus are mentioned in the above detailed description, such division is merely exemplary and not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functions of two or more units described above may be embodied in one unit, according to embodiments of the application. Conversely, the features and functions of one unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of units.

Further, while the operations of the methods of the present application are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that these operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions.

While the preferred embodiments of the present application have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the application.
