Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of electronic products, in particular to an IC chip unit which can prevent tin at a corresponding pin from being extruded into a controller when an LED lamp is welded.

Background

As shown in fig. 1, a conventional IC chip unit includes a controller 2 disposed at a central portion of the IC chip unit and a plurality of pins 1 surrounding the controller 2, when an LED lamp needs to be soldered to a corresponding pin 1, the pin 1 is first soldered, and then the LED lamp is fixed to the pin 1 by tin pressing, however, when the LED lamp is pressed, the tin at the pin 1 is squeezed into the controller 2, which causes a short circuit of the controller 2.

For this reason, we have developed an IC chip unit that can prevent the tin at the corresponding pin from being squeezed into the controller when the LED lamp is soldered.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an IC chip unit which can prevent tin at corresponding pins from being extruded into a controller when an LED lamp is welded.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: an IC chip unit comprises a controller arranged at the central part of the IC chip unit and a plurality of pins surrounding the outer part of the controller for one circle; a text frame is arranged between the controller and the pins and surrounds the controller.

Preferably, the text box is rectangular.

Preferably, the text box is made of white ink silk screen printing.

Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

according to the IC chip unit, the text frame is arranged between the controller and the pins and surrounds all the controllers, and when the LED lamp is welded, tin at the pins cannot be extruded into the controllers due to the text frame, so that normal operation of the controllers is guaranteed.

Referring to fig. 2, the IC chip unit of the present invention includes a controller 2 disposed at a central portion of the IC chip unit and a plurality of pins 1 surrounding the controller 2 for a circle; a text frame 3 is arranged between the controller 2 and the plurality of pins 1, the text frame 3 is rectangular and surrounds all the controllers 2, and the text frame 3 is formed by white ink screen printing; when the LED lamp is welded at the pin 1, firstly, the pin 1 is soldered, and then the LED lamp is pressed and fixed on the pin 1 through tin, and due to the existence of the text frame 3, the tin at the pin 1 cannot be extruded into the controller 2, so that the normal operation of the controller 2 is ensured.

Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
