Technical Field

The present invention relates to a galvanized steel sheet for hot stamping and a method for producing the same.

Background

Automotive parts are generally manufactured by press forming a steel sheet. As steel sheets for automobile parts, steel sheets pickled after hot rolling (hereinafter referred to as "hot-rolled pickled steel sheets") and cold-rolled steel sheets can be used. In addition, from the viewpoint of improving corrosion resistance, a plated steel sheet obtained by plating the above-described steel sheet may be used. The coated steel sheet is roughly classified into a zinc (Zn) -plated steel sheet and an aluminum (Al) -plated steel sheet, but the zinc-plated steel sheet is widely used in consideration of corrosion resistance and the like.

In recent years, in the manufacture of automobile parts, as a technique capable of achieving both high strength and a complicated shape, a hot stamping technique has been proposed in which a steel sheet (a hot-rolled pickled steel sheet, a cold-rolled steel sheet, or a plated steel sheet using these steel sheets as a base steel sheet) is pressed at a high temperature to manufacture the automobile parts. Hot stamping, also called hot forming, hot pressing or the like, is a process of heating the steel sheet to a temperature range of austenite and ferrite or higher (Ac)1Phase transition point or higher) and press working (stamping). By hot stamping, automotive parts having high strength and complicated shapes can be obtained. Hereinafter, a member obtained by hot stamping of a steel sheet may be referred to as a "hot stamped product".

As a steel sheet used for hot stamping, a steel sheet containing elements such as Si and Mn, having good hardenability and high productivity at the time of pressing is known.

However, when the steel sheet is used as a base steel sheet of a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, there is a problem that appearance defects such as non-plated portions or alloyed spots when the plating layer is alloyed occur.

The reason for this is that: when reduction annealing is performed before plating is performed on the base steel sheet in a hot dip plating line, Si and Mn diffuse and are concentrated (concentrated) on the surface of the steel sheet. Among the elements generally added to steel, Si and Mn are elements that are more easily oxidized than Fe (easily oxidizable elements), and therefore, Si and Mn that are concentrated are selectively oxidized, and a film containing oxides of Si and Mn is formed on the surface of the steel sheet. Since Si, Mn, and oxides thereof have poor wettability with molten zinc, the above-described appearance defects occur when plating is performed on a base steel sheet having a surface enriched with Si and Mn.

As a technique for suppressing the occurrence of such appearance defects, patent document 1 discloses the following technique: a base steel sheet of a galvanized steel sheet for hot stamping containing an easily oxidizable element such as Si or Mn is subjected to reduction annealing in a temperature range in which the surface is not precipitated as an oxide of Si or Mn or in a temperature range in which the surface is scarcely enriched even if the surface is precipitated.

Further, patent document 2 discloses the following technique: by combining a compound containing C: 0.1 to 0.5 mass%, Si: 0.05 to 0.5 mass%, Mn: 0.5 to 3% of the steel sheet is subjected to zinc plating to obtain a high-strength hot-stamped steel sheet excellent in press formability and corrosion resistance after coating. In the steel sheet described in patent document 2, the Si content in the steel, which causes no plating or alloying, is set to 0.5 mass% or less, thereby ensuring the plating property in the surface of the steel sheet and suppressing the occurrence of alloying spots.

Patent document 3 discloses the following technique: the formation of a decarburized layer having a thickness of 10 to 200 [ mu ] m on the surface of a steel sheet suppresses the occurrence of cracks on the surface of the steel sheet, and also suppresses the occurrence of intergranular cracks due to Liquid Metal Embrittlement (LME) in a galvanized steel sheet produced using the steel sheet.

However, the present inventors have conducted further studies, and as a result: the steel sheet described in patent document 1 is considered to have room for improvement in appearance.

The steel sheet described in patent document 2 has the following problems: annealing is performed in the slow cooling step of hot stamping, and the strength of the hot stamped product is reduced. Further, there are the following problems: since the Si content is low, such as 0.5% or less, it is difficult to form retained austenite, and it is difficult to obtain good ductility in a hot-stamped product.

The steel sheet described in patent document 3 has the following problems: the strength of the steel sheet surface becomes unstable due to the existence of the decarburized layer. There are further problems as follows: it is difficult to form a decarburized layer with a uniform thickness, and the material quality of the steel sheet in the width direction and the length direction is poor in stability.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide: a galvanized steel sheet having a better appearance and capable of obtaining a hot-press formed product with stable quality.

Disclosure of Invention

The present inventors have conducted various studies, and as a result: it was found that the above object can be achieved by the following invention.

One aspect of the present invention relates to a galvanized steel sheet for hot stamping, including: a base steel sheet; and a plating layer provided on a surface of the base steel sheet, wherein the base steel sheet contains, in mass%, C: 0.10 to 0.5%, Si: 0.7-2.5%, Mn: 1.0 to 3%, and Al: 0.01 to 0.5%, and the balance of iron and inevitable impurities, the base steel sheet comprising: an internal oxide layer that is inside the base steel sheet, has a thickness of 1 μm or more, and contains an oxide containing at least one of Si and Mn; and a decarburized layer having a thickness of 20 [ mu ] m or less from an interface with the plating layer toward the inside of the base steel sheet.

The above objects, features, and other objects, features, and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description.

Detailed Description

When the steel sheet for hot stamping described in patent document 1 is used as a base steel sheet of an alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, alloying spots may occur, although relatively rare. The present inventors have studied the cause of this problem, and as a result, they have found that the cause is: since the steel sheet has a high Si content and contains solid-solution Si on the surface and in the vicinity of the surface, when alloying is performed after plating, diffusion of Fe from the steel sheet side to the plating layer side is suppressed.

Further, studies have been made on a method for suppressing the occurrence of alloy formation spots due to solid-solution Si. As a result, they found that: by adding steam to the atmosphere in the furnace, that is, by performing reduction annealing in a high dew point atmosphere, at the time of reduction annealing of the steel sheet, solid-solution Si, which is a cause of alloy stain, is reduced on the surface and in the vicinity of the surface of the steel sheet. This reduction in the solid-solution Si is caused by the formation of an internal oxide layer by oxidation of Si and Mn in the steel sheet, and in this case, no oxide film containing oxides of Si and Mn is formed on the surface of the steel sheet.

However, if annealing is performed in a high dew point atmosphere, the carbon content on the surface and in the vicinity of the surface of the steel sheet is low, and a layer having poor tensile strength (hereinafter referred to as "decarburized layer") is formed. The decarburized layer is formed by reacting water vapor in the furnace with carbon (C) atoms on and near the surface of the steel sheet to produce carbon monoxide (CO).

The present inventors have also studied a decarburized layer, and as a result, they have found that: by setting the decarburized layer to a predetermined thickness or less, the influence of the decarburized layer on the strength of the galvanized steel sheet and the hot press-formed article produced by using the same can be suppressed.

The present inventors have completed the present invention based on the above findings.

According to the present invention, a galvanized steel sheet for hot stamping having better appearance properties can be provided. By applying hot stamping to the galvanized steel sheet for hot stamping of the present invention, a hot stamped product with stable quality can be obtained.

Further, according to the present invention, a galvanized steel sheet for hot stamping can be stably obtained.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below.

Hereinafter, the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (GI) and the galvannealed steel sheet (GA) are sometimes collectively referred to as "galvanized steel sheets", and the hot-dip galvanized layer and the galvannealed layer are sometimes collectively referred to as "plated layers".

(constitution of galvanized Steel sheet)

The galvanized steel sheet according to the embodiment of the present invention has a galvanized layer on the surface of the base steel sheet. The substrate steel sheet has an internal oxide layer and a decarburized layer.

(internal oxide layer)

The internal oxide layer is a layer that is formed inside the base steel sheet and contains an oxide of at least one of Si and Mn. The internal oxide layer is formed near the surface of the base steel sheet by high dew point annealing, and does not appear on the surface of the base steel sheet.

In the galvanized steel sheet according to the embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the internal oxide layer of the base steel sheet is 1.0 μm or more. By forming the internal oxide layer, the occurrence of unplating in the galvanized steel sheet can be sufficiently suppressed, and the adhesion between the formed plating layer and the base steel sheet can be sufficiently improved. Namely, the plating property can be secured.

The reason for this is that: if this internal oxide layer is formed, Si forms oxides in the vicinity of the surface of the base steel sheet, and thus solid-solution Si is reduced in the surface of the base steel sheet and in the vicinity thereof. Solid-solution Si reduces the wettability between the base steel sheet and zinc, and also has the effect of delaying plating alloying, thereby causing a reduction in the plating property.

In the galvanized steel sheet according to the embodiment of the present invention, the depth of the internal oxide layer from the interface between the base steel sheet and the galvanized layer is preferably 1 μm or more, more preferably 1.5 μm or more, and still more preferably 2 μm or more. The depth of the internal oxide layer refers to the depth of the portion of the internal oxide layer closest to the interface. The thickness of the internal oxide layer is preferably 2 μm or more, and more preferably 3 μm or more.

(decarburized layer)

The decarburized layer is a region in which the carbon content formed on the surface of the base steel sheet and in the vicinity of the surface is reduced by high dew point annealing. In the galvanized steel sheet, the decarburized layer is located in the vicinity of the interface between the plated layer and the base steel sheet toward the inside of the base steel sheet.

In the present embodiment, the decarburized layer is a layer formed on the surface and in the vicinity of the surface of the base steel sheet by annealing, and the amount of carbon is 80% or less of the carbon content of the base steel sheet before annealing. In the decarburized layer, the carbon content is lower than that in the non-decarburized portion of the base steel sheet, and therefore the tensile strength is also lower than that in the non-decarburized portion.

If the thickness of the decarburized layer, that is, the depth of the decarburized layer from the interface between the coating layer and the base steel sheet in the galvanized steel sheet is not uniform, the properties of the galvanized steel sheet are not uniform. Therefore, in the galvanized steel sheet according to the present embodiment, the thickness of the decarburized layer is 20 μm or less. The thickness of the decarburized layer is preferably 15 μm or less, more preferably 10 μm or less. Most preferably, no decarburized layer is formed, and therefore the thickness of the decarburized layer is most preferably 0 μm.

When the thickness of the decarburized layer of the base steel sheet is 20 μm or less, the resulting galvanized steel sheet can sufficiently reduce variations in mechanical properties.

In addition, during hot stamping of the galvanized steel sheet, Fe in the base steel sheet diffuses to the plating side through the interface between the base steel sheet and the plating layer. Although depending on the hot stamping conditions, Fe is incorporated into the plating layer at a depth of about 10 to 20 μm from the surface of the base steel sheet. Therefore, if the thickness of the decarburized layer in the galvanized steel sheet before hot stamping is 20 μm or less, the influence of the decarburized layer in the hot stamped product on the strength can be suppressed.

The internal oxide layer and the decarburized layer may be repeatedly present from the surface of the steel sheet toward the inside. As described in the examples described later, the thickness of the decarburized layer can be measured by: concentration curves (concentration distributions) of the respective elements in the depth direction (thickness direction) from the surface of the steel sheet were obtained by glow discharge Emission Spectrometry (GDOES). The depth and thickness of the internal oxide layer can be measured by a photograph of a section of the steel sheet taken using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM).

(composition of base Steel sheet)

Next, the composition of the base steel sheet constituting the galvanized steel sheet according to the present embodiment will be described. In the following component compositions, "%" represents "% by mass".

[C:0.10~0.5%]

C is an element that contributes to the high strength of the hot press-formed product as a solid solution strengthening element. The lower limit of the C content is set to 0.10% or more in order to obtain a hot press-formed product having a high strength of, for example, 980MPa or more. The lower limit of the C content is preferably 0.13% or more, more preferably 0.15% or more, and further preferably 0.17% or more.

On the other hand, if the C content is excessive, the weldability of the hot press-formed product decreases. Therefore, the upper limit of the C content is 0.5%. The upper limit of the C content is preferably 0.40% or less, more preferably 0.35% or less, and still more preferably 0.30% or less.

[Si:0.7~2.5%]

Si is an element contributing to improvement of the joining strength of the spot welded portion of the hot press formed product. Further, Si has the following effects: the strength of the hot press formed article is maintained by preventing the tempering in the slow cooling step of the hot press. Further, Si is an element contributing to the formation of retained austenite and improving the ductility of the hot-stamped article. In order to effectively exert these effects, the lower limit of the Si content is 0.7% or more. The lower limit of the Si content is preferably 0.75% or more, more preferably 0.80% or more, still more preferably 0.90% or more, and still more preferably 1.0% or more.

On the other hand, if the Si content is excessive, the strength of the steel becomes too high, and the rolling load in manufacturing the base steel sheet, which is a hot-rolled pickled steel sheet or a cold-rolled steel sheet, increases. Further, SiO is excessively generated on the surface of the base steel sheet during hot rolling2The surface properties of the steel sheet after plating are deteriorated. Therefore, the upper limit of the Si content is 2.5% or less. The upper limit of the Si content is preferably 2.3% or less, and more preferably 2.1% or less.

[Mn:1.0~3%]

Mn is an element useful for improving hardenability and suppressing high strength unevenness of a hot press-formed product. Further, Mn is an element contributing to promotion of alloying in the plating alloying treatment described later and securing of the Fe concentration in the plating layer. In order to exert these effects, the lower limit of the Mn content is 1.0% or more. The lower limit of the Mn content is preferably 1.2% or more, more preferably 1.5% or more, and further preferably 1.7% or more.

On the other hand, if the Mn content is excessive, the strength of the steel becomes too high, and the rolling load in producing the base steel sheet increases. Therefore, the upper limit of the Mn content is 3% or less. The upper limit of the Mn content is preferably 2.8% or less, and more preferably 2.5% or less.

[Al:0.01~0.5%]

Al is an essential element for deacidification of steel. Therefore, the lower limit of the Al content is 0.01% or more. The lower limit of the Al content is preferably 0.03% or more. On the other hand, if the Al content is excessive, not only the above effect is saturated, but also inclusions such as alumina increase and workability deteriorates. Therefore, the upper limit of the Al content is 0.5% or less. The upper limit of the Al content is preferably 0.3% or less.

As the base steel sheet of the galvanized steel sheet according to the present embodiment, there is exemplified a base steel sheet containing the above components and the balance of iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities. Examples of the inevitable impurities include P, S, N.

P is an element that adversely affects the bonding strength of the spot welded portion. If the P content is excessive, the P content segregates at the final solidification surface of the nugget formed by spot welding, the nugget becomes brittle, and the joint strength decreases. Therefore, the upper limit of the P content is preferably 0.02% or less, and more preferably 0.015% or less.

S is also an element that adversely affects the bonding strength of the spot-welded part, similarly to P. If the S content is excessive, grain boundary fracture easily occurs due to grain boundary segregation in the nugget, and the bonding strength is lowered. Therefore, the upper limit of the S content is preferably 0.01% or less, and more preferably 0.008% or less.

N and B combine to reduce the amount of solid solution B, and adversely affect the hardenability of the base steel sheet. If the N content is excessive, the amount of nitrides precipitated increases, and the toughness of the base steel sheet is adversely affected. Therefore, the upper limit of the N content is preferably 0.01% or less, and more preferably 0.008% or less. In general, the N content is 0.001% or more in terms of cost in steel making and the like.

In the present invention, B may be contained as an optional element in addition to the above components as required.

[ B: 0.005% or less (excluding 0%) ]

B is an element for improving the hardenability of the steel material. In order to exhibit this effect, it is preferable to contain 0.0003% or more of B. The lower limit of the B content is more preferably 0.0005% or more, and still more preferably 0.0010% or more. On the other hand, if B exceeds 0.005%, coarse borides precipitate in the hot press molded product and the toughness of the molded product deteriorates, so the upper limit of the B content is preferably 0.005% or less, more preferably 0.004% or less.

(method for producing galvanized Steel sheet)

The galvanized steel sheet according to the present embodiment can be produced, for example, by sequentially performing the following steps: casting steel of a specified composition → heating → hot rolling → pickling → cold rolling as required → hot dip galvanizing → alloying as required.

In the present embodiment, as described in detail below, in order to form the internal oxidized layer and the decarburized layer defined in the present embodiment, the conditions of annealing in the reducing furnace in the annealing step included in the hot-dip galvanizing step, that is, annealing in the heat treatment in the reducing atmosphere, are appropriately controlled.

The method for producing a galvanized steel sheet according to the present embodiment will be described below in the order of steps.

First, steel satisfying the above composition is cast and heated. The heating conditions are not particularly limited, and those generally used can be suitably used, and are preferably carried out at a temperature of about 1100 to 1300 ℃.

Subsequently, the cast steel is hot-rolled to obtain a hot-rolled steel sheet. The hot rolling conditions are not particularly limited, and the conditions generally used can be appropriately adopted. Preferred conditions are approximately as follows.

Finish rolling Temperature (FDT): 800-950 deg.C

Coiling Temperature (CT): 500 to 700 DEG C

The upper limit of the thickness of the hot-rolled steel sheet is preferably 3.5mm or less. The upper limit of the thickness of the hot-rolled steel sheet is more preferably 3.0mm or less, and still more preferably 2.5mm or less. The lower limit of the thickness of the hot-rolled steel sheet is preferably 2.0mm or more.

The hot-rolled steel sheet is pickled in a pickling step to produce a hot-rolled pickled steel sheet. In the pickling step, at least the hot-rolled scale may be removed.

For example, in a coil having a high coiling temperature during hot rolling, a grain boundary oxidation layer formed of oxides of Si and Mn may be formed in the vicinity of the interface between the hot-rolled scale and the steel sheet. However, even if the intergranular oxidation layer is present, adverse effects such as unplating do not occur during the plating treatment. Therefore, in the pickling step, the intergranular oxidation layer is not necessarily removed.

However, from the viewpoint of stabilizing the surface properties of the galvanized steel sheet in appearance, roughness, and the like, it is preferable to remove the grain boundary oxidation layer as much as possible. For the removal of the grain boundary oxide layer, a commonly used pickling method can be appropriately employed. Examples of the pickling method for a hot-rolled steel sheet include: for example, hydrochloric acid heated to 80 to 90 ℃ is used for pickling for 20 to 300 seconds. In this case, it is preferable to add an appropriate amount of at least one of an acid washing accelerator and an inhibitor to hydrochloric acid. As the acid washing accelerator, for example, a compound having a mercapto group can be used. As the inhibitor, for example, an amine-based organic compound can be used.

The preferred thickness of the hot-rolled pickled steel sheet is also substantially the same as that of the hot-rolled steel sheet.

The hot-rolled pickled steel sheet can be cold-rolled as necessary to be made into a cold-rolled steel sheet. The galvanized steel sheet according to the present embodiment can be suitably used for automobile parts for the purpose of, for example, reducing the weight of an automobile. Therefore, the base steel sheet constituting the galvanized steel sheet is preferably a cold-rolled steel sheet from the viewpoint of dimensional accuracy and flatness.

In view of productivity in a factory, the cold rolling reduction, that is, the reduction in cold rolling, is preferably controlled to be approximately within a range of 20 to 70%. The upper limit of the thickness of the cold-rolled steel sheet is preferably 2.5mm or less. The upper limit of the thickness of the cold-rolled steel sheet is more preferably 2.0mm or less, and still more preferably 1.8mm or less.

Next, the hot-rolled pickled steel sheet or the cold-rolled steel sheet obtained as described above (hereinafter, these may be collectively referred to as "base steel sheet") is supplied to a continuous plating step of a reducing furnace system.

Generally, steps performed in a reduction furnace type hot dip galvanizing line are divided into a pretreatment step, an annealing step, and a plating step. In the plating step, alloying treatment is also performed as necessary.

The annealing step of a hot dip galvanizing line is generally composed of a reduction furnace and a cooling zone. In the present embodiment, the biggest feature is: the annealing conditions in the reduction furnace, in particular the dew point of the reducing atmosphere, are suitably controlled.

Of course, the method according to the present embodiment is not limited to the above-described method, and the hot dip galvanized wire may be performed by a continuous annealing line of an oxidation furnace-free method, for example. The following description is based on the above-described embodiment.

First, the base steel sheet is pretreated. The pretreatment is a step generally performed to remove oil (grease) and dirt adhering to the surface of the base steel sheet, and is typically performed by alkali degreasing.

The alkali contained in the degreasing liquid used for the alkali degreasing is preferably caustic soda, silicate, or a mixture thereof, and is not particularly limited as long as the oil or fat can be removed as a water-soluble soap. In addition, in order to improve the degreasing property, electrolytic cleaning, a scrubber treatment, and a treatment in which a surfactant and a chelating agent are added to a degreasing solution may be performed.

In the present embodiment, the method of pretreatment is not limited as long as the surface of the base steel sheet can be degreased appropriately, and the above treatments may be performed alone or in any combination. When the alkali degreasing is performed as the pretreatment, hot rinsing (hot water washing) is performed to remove the degreasing solution adhering to the base steel sheet. The hot-water washed base steel sheet is dried by a dryer or the like.

Next, the pretreated base steel sheet is charged into a reduction furnace and annealed. That is, the base steel sheet is subjected to heat treatment in a reducing atmosphere. The annealing conditions are set such that the dew point of the reducing atmosphere is-20 to 0 ℃ and the annealing temperature is 500 to 720 ℃. The residence time at the annealing temperature, i.e., the annealing time, is 90 to 400 seconds. Annealing in the above temperature range is sometimes referred to as soaking, in which case the annealing temperature is referred to as soaking temperature and the annealing time is referred to as soaking temperature.

The lower limit of the dew point of the reducing atmosphere is preferably-15 ℃ or higher, more preferably-10 ℃ or higher.

The composition of the reducing atmosphere is not particularly limited as long as it is reducing, and is, for example, in H2-N2Among the mixed gases, H is preferred2The concentration is 1 to 30 vol%.

The lower limit of the annealing temperature is preferably 530 ℃ or higher, more preferably 560 ℃ or higher, and still more preferably 600 ℃ or higher. The upper limit of the annealing temperature is preferably 700 ℃ or less, and more preferably 680 ℃ or less.

The lower limit of the annealing time is preferably 120 seconds or more, and more preferably 150 seconds or more. The upper limit of the annealing time is preferably 270 seconds or less, and more preferably 240 seconds or less. The annealing time can be controlled by the speed of the base steel sheet passing through the reduction furnace (hereinafter, sometimes referred to as "line speed" or simply as "LS").

From the viewpoint of energy saving, the pretreated base steel sheet may be preheated in a preheating furnace using a reducing atmosphere of an exhaust gas before being charged into the reduction furnace. The preheating condition in this case is not particularly limited as long as the dew point of the reducing atmosphere is within the above range.

The annealing conditions described above were determined by a plurality of basic experiments from the viewpoints of "(1) suppressing the enrichment of solid-solution Si on the surface of the base steel sheet by forming an internal oxide layer on the steel sheet, suppressing the formation of Si-based oxides on the surface of the base steel sheet accompanying the Si enrichment, and further suppressing the occurrence of non-plating and alloying spots", and "(2) reducing the decarburized layer formed on the surface of the steel sheet, and suppressing the variation in mechanical properties of the galvanized steel sheet and the hot-stamped member".

From the viewpoint of (1) above, when the upper limit and the lower limit of the dew point of the reducing atmosphere, the upper limit and the lower limit of the annealing temperature, and the upper limit and the lower limit of the annealing time during annealing are outside the above ranges, no plating occurs.

In particular, when the dew point of the reducing atmosphere is too low, when the annealing temperature is too high, or when the annealing time is too long, Si-based oxides are easily formed on the surface, and plating failure is easily caused.

On the other hand, when the annealing temperature is too low or the annealing time is too short, Fe-based oxides tend to remain, and non-plating tends to occur at this time. In addition, when the dew point of the reducing atmosphere is too high, adverse effects such as oxidation of the steel sheet and the furnace equipment may occur.

From the viewpoint of (2) above, when the annealing temperature is too high or the annealing time is too long, the decarburized layer tends to be 20 μm or more, and variation in mechanical properties of the hot-stamped member tends to occur.

Specifically, it is preferable to appropriately control the annealing conditions so as not to cause non-plating, alloying unevenness, and variation in mechanical properties by balancing the dew point of the reducing atmosphere and the temperature and time at the time of annealing. For example, when the dew point of the reducing atmosphere is low, the annealing temperature may be lowered or the annealing time may be shortened. On the other hand, when the dew point of the reducing atmosphere is high, the annealing temperature may be increased or the annealing time may be prolonged.

In addition to the hot stamping application, in general, when galvanizing a steel containing a large amount of Si as in the present embodiment, for example, a method of performing pre-plating before an annealing step or a method of performing a redox method of performing oxidation before reduction annealing in a reduction furnace is used in order to prevent occurrence of unplating. However, in the present embodiment, as described in detail below, since plating is performed after performing appropriate reduction annealing, these methods are not required. In the method of performing the preliminary plating, a special apparatus is introduced, resulting in an increase in cost. In addition, in the case of production by the redox method, an oxide layer formed at the interface between the plating layer and the base steel sheet inhibits diffusion of Fe into the plating layer during hot press heating, and the heating time required for preventing LME is increased, thereby lowering the press productivity.

Subsequently, the base steel sheet leaving the reduction furnace is cooled in a cooling zone. Generally, the cooling zone is composed of a slow cooling zone, a quenching zone, and a conditioning zone. The conditioning zone is sometimes referred to as the holding zone. However, the cooling method may be carried out under a condition generally used so as not to cause unplating, and examples thereof include: for example, a method of cooling a steel sheet by blowing a reducing atmosphere.

After the continuous annealing step was performed in the above manner, galvanization was performed. Specifically, a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (GI) is produced through a hot-dip galvanizing step. Alternatively, the GI may be alloyed to produce an alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (GA).

The hot dip galvanizing step is not particularly limited, and a commonly used method can be employed. For example, the temperature of the hot dip galvanizing bath may be controlled to about 430 to 500 ℃. From the viewpoint of ensuring corrosion resistance, the amount of adhesion of the hot-dip galvanized layer (which is the same as the amount of adhesion of the alloyed hot-dip galvanized layer described below) is preferably 30g/m2Above, more preferably 40g/m2Above, more preferably more than 75g/m2. On the other hand, from the viewpoint of easily achieving the Fe concentration in the plating layer defined in the present invention, it is preferable that the adhesion amount of the hot-dip galvanized layer (particularly, alloyed hot-dip galvanized layer) is as small as possible. Therefore, the adhesion amount of the hot-dip galvanized layer is preferably 120g/m2Hereinafter, more preferably 100g/m2The following.

The alloying step is also not particularly limited, and a commonly used method can be employed. In the alloying step, the Fe concentration in the plating layer is increased. From this viewpoint, the alloying temperature is preferably controlled to be, for example, about 500 to 700 ℃. The alloying temperature is more preferably 530 ℃ or higher, still more preferably 570 ℃ or higher, and still more preferably 600 ℃ or higher. On the other hand, if the alloying temperature is too high, the Fe concentration in the plating layer becomes too high, and therefore, the alloying temperature is preferably 680 ℃ or less, more preferably 650 ℃ or less.

The treatment step after the plating step is also not particularly limited, and a commonly used method can be employed. Skin pass rolling, stretch straightening, oiling, and the like are usually performed, and these steps may be performed under the conditions usually used, if necessary, or may not be performed.

The recommended conditions for the re-annealing are as follows. That is, the heating temperature at the time of re-annealing (re-annealing temperature) is preferably 400 ℃ or higher, and more preferably 450 ℃ or higher. On the other hand, the re-annealing temperature is preferably 750 ℃ or less, and more preferably 700 ℃ or less, from the viewpoint of suppressing evaporation of zinc.

The time for holding at the re-annealing temperature (re-annealing time) may be set as appropriate depending on the heating method and the like. For example, in the case of furnace heating, the re-annealing time is preferably 1 hour or more, and more preferably 2 hours or more. In the case of induction heating, the re-annealing time is preferably 10 seconds or more. On the other hand, in the case of the furnace heating, the re-annealing time is preferably 15 hours or less, more preferably 10 hours or less, from the viewpoint of suppressing the evaporation of zinc. In the case of the induction heating, the re-annealing time is preferably 3 minutes or less, and more preferably 1 minute or less.

The galvanized steel sheet (GI or GA) obtained in the above manner can be suitably used as a steel sheet for hot stamping.

In the present embodiment, the hot stamping step is not particularly limited, and a commonly used method can be employed. Examples thereof include the following methods: heating the steel sheet to Ac according to a usual hot stamping method3After austenitizing at a temperature of not lower than the transformation point, the temperature at the time of finishing forming, that is, the temperature at the time when the mold reaches the bottom dead center position is set to about 550 ℃ or higherThe method of (1). As the heating method, furnace heating, energization heating, induction heating, or the like can be used.

For the above heating conditions, by adding to Ac3The holding time at a temperature equal to or higher than the transformation point (in the case of furnace heating, sometimes referred to as "in-furnace time", in the case of electric heating and induction heating, the time from the start to the end of heating) is controlled to preferably 30 minutes or less, more preferably 15 minutes or less, and still more preferably 7 minutes or less, whereby the grain growth of austenite is suppressed, and the characteristics such as hot drawability (hot drawability) and toughness of a hot press-formed article can be improved. At Ac3The lower limit of the holding time at a temperature not lower than the transformation point is not particularly limited as long as Ac is reached during heating3The transformation point is above.

When a hot press-formed product is produced using the galvanized steel sheet according to the present embodiment, the hot press step described above may be used in addition to the steps and conditions that are generally used for cutting based on the shape of the component. Examples of the hot press-formed article include: such as a chassis for an automobile, a so-called suspension member, a reinforcing member, and the like.

The present specification discloses the techniques of various embodiments as described above, and the main techniques thereof are summarized as follows.

According to this configuration, a galvanized steel sheet for hot stamping can be obtained in which the occurrence of appearance defects such as non-plating and alloying unevenness is further suppressed.

In the above configuration, the base steel sheet may further contain 0.005% or less (excluding 0%) of B. This can improve the hardenability of the base steel sheet and improve the strength of the galvanized steel sheet for hot stamping.

In addition, another aspect of the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a galvanized steel sheet for hot stamping, comprising holding a cold-rolled steel sheet satisfying a composition of the galvanized steel sheet for hot stamping at 500 to 720 ℃ for 90 to 400 seconds in a reducing atmosphere having a dew point of-20 to 0 ℃; then, plating is performed.

According to this configuration, the galvanized steel sheet for hot stamping as described above can be obtained.

The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples, and can be carried out by being modified within a range satisfying the aforementioned or later-described gist, and these are included in the technical scope of the present invention.
