The power receiving device according to claim 1, wherein: the bracket comprises a rotating connecting rod and a telescopic connecting rod; the lower end of the rotating connecting rod is rotatably connected with the base, and the upper end of the rotating connecting rod is fixedly connected with the spray head and leads the spray head to point to a contact net lead; the lower end of the telescopic connecting rod is rotatably connected with the base, the upper end of the telescopic connecting rod is rotatably connected with the middle upper part of the rotating connecting rod, and the telescopic connecting rod adjusts the inclination angle of the rotating connecting rod through self extension or shortening.

The power receiving device according to claim 1, wherein: the power receiving apparatus further includes: a liquid collector and a liquid return pipe; the liquid collector is a bowl-shaped container, is arranged in front of the conductive liquid sprayed by the spray head, is flush with the spray head and is used for collecting the sprayed conductive liquid; and one end of the liquid return pipe is arranged at the bottom of the liquid collector, the other end of the liquid return pipe is arranged in the liquid storage tank, and the conductive liquid in the liquid collector is input into the liquid storage tank.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of locomotives of electrified railways and rail transit, and relates to a power receiving device.

Background

Locomotives in existing electrified railways and rail transit often obtain electrical energy from contact line conductors through pantographs. The pantograph is in contact with a contact network lead through a sliding plate, the sliding plate and the contact network lead slide relatively at a high speed in the process of advancing a locomotive, and generated sliding friction brings non-negligible material abrasion, unsafety and uncertainty. Also, the higher the speed, the more geometrically increased material wear, insecurity and uncertainty. More pessimistic, the pursuit and the target are that the speed of the train is higher than that of the train, which causes the abrasion of materials, the insecurity and the uncertainty to be more obvious, and even the phenomena of the separation of contact net wires, fire and the like occur.

When the train runs at a high speed, the friction loss and insecurity factors of the equipment are reduced, which is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims at the technical problems that: the existing pantograph slides relatively at a high speed with a contact line wire when a sliding plate moves forwards, and the material abrasion, the insecurity and the uncertainty caused by the generated friction and the defects of the prior art are overcome.

The technical measures adopted by the invention are as follows: a power receiving device, comprising: the device comprises a contact net lead, a conducting circuit, a liquid storage tank, conducting liquid, a transfusion tube, a spray head, a base and a support.

The liquid storage tank is fixedly arranged on the locomotive and used for storing the conductive liquid; the lower end of the infusion tube is connected with the infusion pump, and the upper end of the infusion tube is connected with the spray head; the infusion pump is arranged in the liquid storage tank and presses the conductive liquid into the infusion tube so as to enable the conductive liquid to be sprayed out from the spray head; the base is fixedly arranged on the locomotive and used for supporting the bracket; the lower end of the bracket is connected with the base, and the upper end of the bracket is connected with the spray head, so that the spray head points to a contact net lead.

The spray head is conductive and is arranged below the contact net lead and is close to but not in contact with the contact net lead; the upper end of the conducting circuit is connected with the spray head, and the lower end of the conducting circuit is connected with an electric device of the locomotive.

The conductive liquid can flow into the infusion tube from the liquid storage tank under the driving of the infusion pump and then is sprayed to a contact net lead from the spray head; therefore, the electric energy on the contact net lead reaches the spray head through the sprayed conductive liquid, then reaches the electric device of the locomotive through the conductive circuit, and provides the electric energy for the locomotive.

Further, the support comprises a rotating connecting rod and a telescopic connecting rod; the lower end of the rotating connecting rod is rotatably connected with the base, and the upper end of the rotating connecting rod is fixedly connected with the spray head and leads the spray head to point to a contact net lead; the telescopic connecting rod, the rotatable connection base of lower extreme, the rotatable connection of upper end rotates the well upper portion of connecting rod, and telescopic connecting rod adjusts the inclination of rotating the connecting rod through the extension of self or shorten to it is adjustable, the height and the spray angle of shower nozzle to be fit for the height of contact net wire.

Preferably, the angle of inclination of the rotating link is between 30 and 45 degrees.

Further, the power receiving apparatus further includes: a liquid collector and a liquid return pipe; the liquid collector is a bowl-shaped container, is arranged in front of the conductive liquid sprayed by the spray head, is flush with the spray head and is used for collecting the sprayed conductive liquid; and one end of the liquid return pipe is arranged at the bottom of the liquid collector, the other end of the liquid return pipe is arranged in the liquid storage tank, and the conductive liquid in the liquid collector is input into the liquid storage tank so as to recycle the conductive liquid, reduce the cost and reduce the influence on the environment.

In the present invention, necessary components, units or systems are provided where necessary according to the known technology in the field of locomotive technology of electrified railways and urban rail transit.

Detailed Description

It should be noted that, in the present invention, the technical features of the embodiments and the examples may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to fig. 1 to 2.

As shown in fig. 1, describing the overall structure of the power receiving device, a power receiving device overall structure of the present preferred embodiment includes: the device comprises a contact net lead, a conducting circuit, a liquid storage tank, conducting liquid, a transfusion tube, a spray head, a base and a support.

The liquid storage tank is fixedly arranged on the locomotive and used for storing the conductive liquid; the conductive liquid may be, for example, saline; the lower end of the infusion tube is connected with the infusion pump, and the upper end of the infusion tube is connected with the spray head; the infusion pump is arranged in the liquid storage tank and can press the conductive liquid into the infusion tube so as to enable the conductive liquid to be sprayed out from the spray head; the base is fixedly arranged on the locomotive and used for supporting the bracket; the lower end of the bracket is connected with the base, and the upper end of the bracket is connected with the spray head, so that the spray head points to a contact net lead.

The spray head is conductive, for example, made of a metal copper material, and is arranged below the contact net lead and close to but not in contact with the contact net lead; the upper end of the conducting circuit is connected with the spray head, and the lower end of the conducting circuit is connected with an electric device of the locomotive.

The conductive liquid can flow into the infusion tube from the liquid storage tank under the driving of the infusion pump and then is sprayed to a contact net lead from the spray head; therefore, the electric energy on the contact net lead reaches the spray head through the sprayed conductive liquid, then reaches the electric device of the locomotive through the conductive circuit, and provides the electric energy for the locomotive. Because the locomotive of track traffic moves along fixed track, so, the shower nozzle can point to the contact net wire all the time in the locomotive moves to conducting solution can spray to the contact net wire all the time. The spray head may be directed opposite the direction of movement of the locomotive to reduce the effects of wind.

In the figure, the inclination angle of the rotating link is between 30 degrees and 45 degrees.

Referring to fig. 2, a schematic side perspective view of a part of the components of the power receiving device is illustrated, in which the conductive liquid in the liquid storage tank is driven by the infusion pump to enter the infusion tube, and then is ejected from the nozzle to reach the wire of the contact net. Because the conductive liquid and the spray head are conductive, a current line is formed by the contact net lead, the conductive liquid, the spray head and the conductive line, and the electric energy on the contact net lead is transmitted to an electric device of the locomotive to provide the locomotive with the electric energy.

In the figures, the stent comprises: a rotating connecting rod and a telescopic connecting rod. In the figure, after the conductive liquid sprayed from the spray head reaches a contact net wire, most of the conductive liquid falls into the liquid collector and then returns to the liquid storage tank through the liquid return pipe. Thereby recycling the conductive liquid to reduce the cost and influence on the environment. And a filter screen is arranged in the liquid return pipe and used for filtering impurities in the conducting liquid and ensuring the quality of the recovered conducting liquid.
